COMMERCIAL TERMS. INCORPORATION FEES PAYMENT TERMS: 1. QAR 15,000 down payment should be paid before starting the

incorporation process. 2. FULL PAYMENT of incorporation fees will be collected before the processing the TRADE LICENSE application. 3. Government Fees might change without prior notice. If the amount mentioned in this proposal is different from actual government fees paid, we will send a separate invoice to collect the price difference.

BUSINESS FACILITATION FEES PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Monthly or Quarterly POSTDATED CHECKS equivalent to the specified Business Facilitation Fees should be issued by the company upon opening of new bank account. If there is a delay in opening a bank account, a personal check under the name of the partner should be issued for a minimum of 6 months and exchanged with new checks for the whole partnership duration once new bank account is open. 2. This fee is collectible upon VISA APPROVAL. 3. This fee should be revisited and agreed upon mutually before renewal of partnership.

EXCLUSIONS:

1. Trade License requires a physical office space. Cost of one year office lease is not included in this offer. 2. Visa Application requires a WPS certificate. 3. Number of Visa Approved and Nationality of visa holder is Government’s decision. We hereby, confirm and approve the rates and services offered in this document.
