Message from General Manager, Terri Lollio As we near the end of the year, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your continued support of the Pelican Preserve Town Center during these very unusual times. While Town Center operations were limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were very fortunate to offer as many amenities as was safely possible. The takeout service at Destinations has proven to be very successful and we will continue that new option for dining. We look forward to what the future holds as we navigate through this very complicated situation. While we were closed in the spring, we were able to complete many projects around the Town Center:  Updated the interior of Destinations and the Magnolia Room.  We are currently in the process of updating the lounge, computer room and installing new floors throughout the Administrative Building.  Most of the canvas awnings and frames and some of buildings at Town Center were repainted. This project is still ongoing.  35 light poles were cleaned and repainted. This project is still ongoing.  The large dog park was regraded and resodded.  The floors of Studio I and II were refinished.  The floor of the sundeck above the fitness center was refinished.  General maintenance and repairs have continued to be addressed.  Pressure-washing around the Town Center on a continual basis. The ICON Management team and the Board are committed to improving and maintaining the amenity facilities at the Town Center of Pelican Preserve. Providing the lifestyle that initially brought you to Pelican Preserve has been, and will continue to be our focus as we move forward and work hard to deliver the best lifestyle and service to you.
