DIGITAL IMAGES MODEL Individual Project Location: Aeon Mall, Sentul City, Bogor The following is the result of my academic project, which is digitizing an existing building and its surrounding area using Autocad and SketchUp tools. This area is a commercial area in the form of a mall integrated with apartments, and there are shophouses around it. In addition, there are also hospital and school nearby.

In this project, me and my team were assigned to design new concept of a street with bus stop and supporting facilities in a vacant land. The supporting facilities are crossing road and zebra cross, guiding blocks, bus stop and seating area.

My role is that I measure the design according to the existing area, and place supporting facilities and street furniture such as street lights, trees, bushes, and guiding blocks. Besides that, I was also responsible for creating and designing the food court and alfresco dining area close to the greenery area, park, and playground.

Group Project Location: Cijantra, Tangerang In this project, urban planning students collaborated with the architecture students to plan and design a residential district including the housing cluster and commercial area. I was responsible in creating the masterplan, from the early design of the masterplan layout, the placement of the houses rows and orientation, did the site analysis, measuring the street, garden, water area, and each type of houses and shophouses. We also did the estimated construction capital as well as house prices and profits that can be obtained.

DIGITAL MAPPING Individual Task in Group Project Location: Danau Kampung Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta While doing site analysis about Danau Kampung Bintaro in South Jakarta, me and my team also did direct observation and site survey. We divided the area into 3 transects, and i was incharge of making the digital mapping and layout for transect c. Using the tools in ArcMap, i did the zoning map based on the Jakarta Zoning Regulation, compared it with the existing condition to see the zoning suitability. I also learned to use the data of the map and compare it with the regulation applied, then created the evaluation mapping.

"Keep up the Young Community, Boost the Economy" Location: Danau Kampung Bintaro, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta Urban Eco2 is a project we developed for academic project and national masterplan competition, in which me and my team won second place in the competition. In this project, i'm in charged of developing the idea and name of the concept, designing and creating the urban park and promenade, also the economic and community complex. I also made the video rendering of the whole area showing the power and the opportunity created in this new developing area. Tools used in this project are autocad, sketch up, enscape, filmora, and photoshop.
