STAINLESS STEEL 316L Stainless Steel is commonly used for food processing equipment, and in the manufacturing of surgical instruments. 316L is also known as marine grade stainless steel due to its higher resistance to chloride corrosion compared to type 304. Ideal for use in spas and leisure centres.

316L stainless steel is a olybdenum-bearing grade. This addition gives the better overall corrosion resistance properties than type 304 and higher creep strength at elevated temperatures.

Unless otherwise specified all our products are manufactured in GRADE 316L stainless steel at our UK based workshop.
