MD.Ashwin Desai For 25 years, our company has been revolutionizing video conferencing technology. Introducing the first telemedicine system for the Indian Railways, and setting up a lecture capture system for IISc, in 2009, are but samples of our numerous accomplishments. We have brought cutting-edge technology to India, including Aethra, Tely, and AVer. These products have transformed the way people communicate, allowing for seamless collaboration across industries Drawing on our vast expertise and experience, we began manufacturing video conferencing equipment in India in late 2021. Since then, our products have gained massive popularity. We have secured numerous large deals from the private sector and government entities. I pause to recognize the many A&T team members, both past and present, and partners who have shaped the company into what it is today. They remained dedicated to us through economic ups and downs. With their support, we have stood firm, and grown stronger. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we look back with pride at our achievements. We remain committed to pushing the boundaries of video conferencing technology.

25 Years of

Crafting Excellence

In April 1998, a first-generation entrepreneur, Ashwin Desai, embarked on a remarkable journey. Today, 25 years later, we celebrate the magic that sprung forth back then. In 1998, A&T launched the web portal India Yellow Pages revolutionizing the way organizations connect online.

A&T worked with VSNL and BSNL to offer value-added internet services across India along with Data, Voice, and Video applications. A&T created Video India Network (VIN) - a network of public video conference rooms British High Commission selected A&T to join a 15-member Indian Telecom Mission, to Birmingham, UK Bridging the urban-rural healthcare divide and A&T deployed hundreds of remote telemedicine centers for several multi specialty hospitals like Apollo, Gangaram, AMRI Hospitals including few in Kazakhstan, Lahore A&T was recognized by MADITTISA as a Pride of Madurai organization, and later, the prestigious Best Service Industry award. A&T was recognized as the Video over IP specialist in the country Building on past experiences, A&T launched a Telemedicine Network portal (recently rebranded as Med.Bot), transforming the way healthcare professionals connect with communities. A&T launched a Tele-education Network Portal, empowering educational institutes across the country and revolutionizing the learning experience helping students connect to experts across the world. From an underwater geologist in Australia to Holocaust survivors in Germany. In a major shift in direction, A&T got into Value Added Distribution bringing in niche video collaboration products and solutions like Tely Video Conferencing, NCast streaming, and AVer Video Conferencing. Recently A&T forged a strategic partnership with UbiCast of France, bringing their advanced video learning solution to India. A&T manufactures a range of video conferencing products in Madurai. These products incorporate advanced technology on reliable equipment at affordable costs. This helped not just to take the Indian market by storm but A&T also has now started exporting to the Middle East and Africa.

Working with A&T, Choicetech won a project from the Rajasthan Council of School Education (RCSE). AVer video conferencing systems deployed in the Block Resource Centers help RCSE officers connect with school management.

Innovative Project Award Gurusons Gurusons Communications Pvt. Ltd, is one of India’s leading system integrators providing customer friendly products and solutions in the field of Telecom, Video Conferencing, Information Technology, Building Management, Security / Surveillance and Office Automation As part of their program to modernize the court system, the Indian Judiciary is in the process of rolling out an e-courts system. The Karnataka High court have taken the lead and are in the process of enabling hybrid courts across 1000+ court halls in the state. After evaluating multiple products and technologies, the High Court selected the made-in-India cameras and speaker phones from A&T vide a tender process. Gurusons won the tender and have executed the system across 120 court halls ahead of schedule with another 30 being implemented currently.

Best Solution – Govt. SMB SMB System Integrators is a leader in Telecom, Security, Audio-Video and Network solutions for modern businesses and enterprises. SMB provides integrated solutions as per customer needs & requirements. Working with A&T, SMB created a unique video conferencing solution for the Surat Municipal Corporation. Using the AVer SVC series Codec and add-on cameras, SMB created a system that combines hardware and software VC from a single system. This has been deployed across all SMC offices

IIM Trichy is a name that has steadily become synonymous with excellence in management education and has established a benchmark for unwavering quality in India. In keeping with this guiding principle, IIM Trichy is an early adopter of technology that helps create better learning. IIM Trichy started its video learning journey by establishing a Hybrid classroom – with some students inside the classroom and others joining from different locations. The institute has also implemented a virtual classroom that connects its Chennai campus to the Trichy campus on a video link that helps students in both locations learn from the best.

IISc

Lecture Recording

The premier research institute in India, IISc has always believed that their students deserve the best of learning facilities. Way back in 2009, IISc realized that a lot of valuable lectures were being delivered at the institute and needed to be preserved in a way that students can access them. After evaluating multiple solutions, IISc selected A&T to create a lecture recording system along with a digital library of lectures. A&T implemented the system across various seminar halls in 23 departments along with a central CMS at the computing center of the institute. The system is still in use – the pride of place going to the Faculty Hall where world renowned scientists – including former President Abdul Kalam – have addressed faculty and students.

Karnavati

Lecture Recording

The Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat contributes to society through academic excellence and diverse knowledge in a broad range of disciplines, from design and arts, to health and environment, business and humanities. The College wanted to record important lectures so students can access them at any time. After evaluating multiple solutions, Karnavati University selected the A&T hosted Nudgis platform to create this knowledge bank. Advanced lecturer tracking cameras from A&T ensure the instructor is in view all the time. Currently, Nudgis is recording lectures from over 100 classrooms

A Navratna company under the Ministry of Coal, Nyveli Lignite Corporation was established in 1956 - more than 60 years of its glorious existence. Its core business is mining of Coal and Lignite and Power Generation. To connect the headquarters to various offices and sites, NLC decided to adopt secure VC conferencing with the end-to-end encrypted conferencing Codec from A&T – the AVer VC 500 series. A secondary camera from A&T connected to the Codec ensures the conferencerooms in NLC are fully covered. A companywide implementation ensures that the staff have extraordinary collaboration experiences from anywhere.

Shroff

Operation Theatre Recording & Broadcasting

Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital provides the global standard in quality eye care from locations in Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. SCEH conducts eye surgeries at it various centers regularly. A&T implemented surgery recording systems across 6 OTs on SCEH with a central NoC controlling the entire system. The recorded surgeries are being used to improve intra and post-operative outcomes, help CME students and trainee surgeons learn various techniques, for live interaction with expert surgeons in remote locations and for medico legal purposes. 50 to 70 surgeries are being recorded every day. More than 50 CME students and 20 consultants at any given time benefit from the recordings.
