THE LAKESIDE

THE STABLES The stables have got a magic of their own. Built from local hand made bricks in 1869, the stables offers an intimate, romantic place for your wedding ceremony. With the choice of seats or benches, the Stables hosts up to 100 guests.

The Cow House has been imaginatively restored using locally sourced, recycled wood for the ceiling and the bar is a recycled prop from a TV program! The original wall of antique bricks remains, to give you a rustic back drop for your wedding. Large windows have been added which allows the sunlight to come flooding in from the courtyard. It is a beautiful space and just waiting for you to put your own stamp on it. Maximum guests 200

THE BULL BAR Lovingly turned into an intimate bar and dedicated to the Edwards family history of over a hundred years at the farm, this is your guests first point of call for their reception drinks.

Add the Beer Bath to surprise your guests.

This delightful, sunny courtyard will capture the hearts of your guests as they relax with their reception drink. Add an acoustic singer or instrumentalist, to provide a mellow ambiance and get your party off to a great start.

Live Love Laugh With the serious part out of the way, it is time to celebrate with fun and games

THE TIPI AND FIRE PIT Everybody loves a Tipi, it is a great place to have a BBQ the night before your wedding or brunch the day after. It could also host a DJ or a musician or just a chill out zone on the day of your wedding. On chilly nights. light the fire pit or the open fire in the Tipi and get cosy. Wood provided. It is our attention to detail, that makes your wedding perfect. Hosts up to 50 guests.

FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD It is your day, you can have what ever you want to eat. The most popular foods at the moment are grazing boards, street food, hog roasts, afternoon tea or sharing roasts, but the choice is yours.

POP INTO THE PROP STOP We love recycling and so do our couples. We have an Aladdin's cave full of previously used props, including candles, easels decorations, flowers, postboxes, decorative ladders,rustic boxes, outdoor games etc etc We love it and so will you and it is free!

THREE DAYS OF FUN Why have a one day wedding when you can have a three day wedding? Your wedding starts on a Tuesday or Friday morning when you arrive, set up, relax, meet family and friends. No rush, couples have said it is like have your own wedding village for 3 days.

ONE DAY WEDDINGS PACKAGE The One Day Package is ideal for those couples who would prefer a small intimate wedding, without too much preparation. This is a late booking offer and can only be booked within the same year. It includes everything in the 3 day package, except arrival time at the venue is 9.00am and departure is 12.00 midnight on the same day Tuesday and Wednesday only Special Offer £2950

BESPOKE PLANNING SERVICE We want you to have the freedom to choose everything for your wedding, and most couples enjoy the planning stages, but if you are feeling overwhelmed and you don't have the time, the skills or resources to arrange your wedding the way you want it, we offer a bespoke wedding service. You tell us what you want in a given budget and we will source it for you. So whether it is a ranch theme with a bucking bronco, a ceilidh band, a vintage fairground, circus theme,an owl to bring your rings or a flight is a hot air balloon, we will make your wildest dreams come true. £1950

We work with some of the best wedding suppliers in the area. We like to 'keep it local' to align with our green policies. Our caterers, entertainers, florists, photographers etc have grown with us and work to the same high standards and professionalism as we do. (Although, you can bring in your own suppliers or diy if you wish)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How long can I provisionally hold a date for? You can reserve a date for 7 days with no deposit How flexible are you with timings of the day? Very! It’s your day, but we can suggest times to you for the smooth running of your day Are there any décor restrictions? No, again it’s your day to decorate how you would like, we even provide a step ladder to reach those high beams How many guests can I have? The Cow House and Lakeland hold 200 guests and the Stables holds 100 guests Do you supply crockery, glasses and linen for the reception? No, the caterers may arrange this, or you can hire it from Tipples. You will want to have your own unique table dressings What size tables do you have? We don't supply tables as you can have the choice to suit your style. You can hire them from Tipples & get FREE table hire with chairs from £3.00 per chair Can we have a live band or DJ? What time can they play until? Yes, we love a great party and include a stage and dance floor. At a weekend the band can play and until 11pm & DJ until 1am. On a weekday, all to finish by 11pm (We can request a weekday extension to our licence if required £99)

MORE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Could we plug an iPhone into your sound system for our ceremony etc? Yes we have a speaker for your use and a microphone for speeches in the barns, but we suggest you hire a sound system if you are getting married in the Lakeside Pavilion What staff are included in the price? We provide an in house wedding and accommodation coordinator to help you during the planning stages and an events manager for the three days to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we also provide a fully staffed bar and security Is the Tipi a permanent feature all year? The Tipi is up from May to September, however we reserve the right for it not to be available in extreme weather conditions Do you have a plan of the venue? See below
