His father died. He just got murdered. Oliverwastheonewhofoundhisfather,thatafternoon, heand Piggywentinsidetocooloffwhen theywere startledbythesoundofbreakingglassandhisfather's screams.Asthebraveboythathewas,herantohelphis fatherwhen hesaw him,hisfatherwason thefloor motionless,hisroom wasdestroyed,and through the window,he saw a shadow thatwas climbing to the window toescape,Piggyfuriouswenttochasehim and proceededtobitehispants,buttheintrudertookitoff easily.Hehadtobestrong,nobodyhadeverbeenableto vanquishPiggy. Oliver ran and inquired about his father after the intruder'sdisappearance,whilePiggysoughthelp.He askedhim ifhewasallright,butwhenheturnedhis father'sbodyover,hewasn'tbreathing,hehadscratches andbitemarksthatremindedhim ofaverylargedog, butwhatcaughthisattention wasasyringethatwas buriedinhiswrist,alreadyemptyofitscontents. Didn'tmakesense,though,whokilledherfather?

Oliverwasupsetafterhisfatherwaskilled.Nobody believedhim,andincompetentpoliceofficerstoldhim thathisfatherhadnotbeenkilled.Everyonetoldhim thathisfatherhadbeenassaultedbywilddogs,thatit was a tragedy,and he realized thatitwas hard to swallow.Thesepeoplewereliars!ButOliver'saunt,as shetoldhim hewasaliarandpunishedhim,andthe worstthing isthatshetook Piggyoutofthehouse, scary,butOliverdidn'tgiveup,andsneakedoutofhis houseandmethisfriendPorkerwenttosolvethisnew mystery. Thefirstclueshehadwasthesyringe,eventhoughit wasemptyitstillhadmarksfrom theliquidithadhad, soshewenttothesmartguyinherlivingroom.Peter. Hewasoneofthebestscientistsin hisschool,abig helperwithhiscases,andOliver'ssecond-bestfriend.He wenttohishouseandknockedonthedoor,hismother greetedhim andmadehim sitinthelivingroom while shewaitedforasnack,hearrivedwithinseconds. Peter gave hiscondolencesto Oliver,butthe latter shooed them away,thathe wasn'tcoming forempty words,Petersmiledandtoldhim thatheknew hewas comingandthathealsobelievedthathisfatherwasn't killedbywilddogs,sincehisfatheralsodisappearedand alltheyfoundweredogmarksanda...syringe.Hehad alreadysearchedforthelocationofthesyringe,buthe neededsomeonetohelphim searchforthepersonswho hadkidnappedhisfather.

Petertold him thathedidn'tknow theliquid in the syringe,buthedidknowwhereitcamefrom,anditwas aveterinaryclinic10blocksaway,advisedhim togoat nightsoasnottoattractattentionandwishedhim good luck. Oliversnuckoutofhisaunt'shousewithhisbike,put Piggyinthehamper,andthentookoffforthevet.Bythe timehearrived,hehadalreadyfiguredoutawayin. When hearrived,hehadalreadythoughtofawayto entersincePiggyisagoodgatherer,butwhenhewas preparing,thedooropenedonitsown.OliverandPiggy weresurprised,andPiggywentinfirsttoprotectOliver, buttherewasnobodythere,justgarbageandamess. The room wasfilled with papers,some intact,some stainedwithdogtracks,andsomechewed.Oliverand Piggywentintothemedicalroom,butitwasthesame, butthedifferencewasthelackofmedicalequipmentand machines,itwasasifsomeonehadmovedinahurry. Oliverdidn'tknowwhattodonow,hisclueswerecutoff quickly,butPiggy,likethecleverduck hewasfound anotherclue,andthisonewasamysteriousnote,itwas like a warning,buthe didn'tunderstand it,itwas writteninaveryoldlanguage,doctorlanguage,butthat didn'tstop him,becauseheknew someonewhocould translateit,anditwasthegirlfrom thelibrary.Shewas abookfanatic,andsheknew morethan125different languages,like elvish,hylian,among others.She'd understand,soOliverwentoutwith Piggy,butPiggy found out someone was watching them, but oddly enough,hekeptthatinformationtohimself.

Thegirlinthelibrarywasobsessivelyconcentratingon thenote,Oliverwassittingtherewatchingherquickly write the translation ofthe note,while Piggy was readinganItalianfoodbook,Oliverwasboredandwas abouttolookforadetectivebookwhenshejumpedup andshoutedthatshewasready. Olivertookthenoteandread: "Theformulaisready,thelastleafofthe recipehasdisappeared,gotothehospitalthe nightofthefullmoon." —DL. Oliverwashappyandintrigued,happybecausehehad anotherclue,andintriguedbythemissingleaftheywere lookingfor,soreadytoleaveforthetownhospital,he tookhisthingsandPiggy,butthegirlfrom thelibrary stoppedhim towarnhim thatsheknew hismissionand thathe wasvery noble to investigate this,butthat doesn'ttakeawaythedanger,sheadvisedhim toleave thissearch and liveanormallife,Piggythoughtthe same. Oliverdidnotlistenandfuelledbyvengeance;hewent tosolvethemystery.

WhenOliverarrivedatthehospitalatnight,thefirst thinghefoundwasdogtracksintheparkinglot,also severalpiecesofclothscatteredonthestreet,something strangeandmysterious.Hehidhisbikeinsomebushes andenteredthehospitalalongwithPiggy. Hedidn'tquiteknow wheretogoasthehospitalwas large,butbeforestartingtoinvestigate,Piggyheadedin aparticulardirection,Oliverfollowedhim ashetrusted hisfriend'ssixthsenseandhisgreatskill. Eventually,thetwofriendsreachedthehospitaldining room, where several voices could be heard inside, squattingtoavoidbeingseen,hebegantolisten. Severaldoctorswereinsidetheroom arguing among themselves,Oliverdidn'tunderstandverywellbecause ofthemessandthelow voices,butthatdidn'tlastlong because one person called everyone's attention and startedatypicalmonologueofavillain. Thedoctorsaidthattheywereveryclosetoachieving theirgoals,thattherehadbeensetbacks,butthewait hadfinallypaidoffandthatthankstoDr.Anderson's helpeverythingwasalmostready,butsomethingvery importantwasmissing. Thedoctorhadshownamanwhowastiedinachair, Oliver had recognized him as Peter's father,which solvedthemysteryofdisappearance,butwhythedoctors hadkidnappedhim?Andsincewhen washeadoctor?

Buthecouldn'tthink ofany moreanswersbecause someonewasholdinghim bytheneckofhisshirt.Itwas anotherdoctor. TheheaddoctorwassmilingashewatchedOliverbeing brought in,Oliver thanked him for coming to the meetingandthathewasexpectinghim,thathewasthe specialguest. Oliverangrilyaskedhim whyhewasdoingthisandwhy hekilledhisfather,thedoctorsmiledandstartedtelling thattheyweremakingmedicinethatwouldhelpthem to dominatepeopleandtheworld,thattheywouldbethe kingsofthisplaceandliveinluxury,butonlytwopeople gottheformula,buttheydiscoveredhispeopleandhis plans,theystoletherecipeandproceededtodisappear, thosedoctorswereMr.AndersonandOliver'sfather,the twoofthem dividedtherecipeandhidit.Theyalready hadthefirsthalf,butwhentheywereabouttogetthe otherpiece,itdied,that'swhytheyneededOliver,to giveittothem. Olivermentionedthathedidn'tknow him andthathe didn'tbelievethatsomethingwouldgivepowertosimple doctors,whichmadethedoctorlaughandwhenOliver wasdoubtingthedoctor'smentalhealth,hesaw him turnintoasludgeman,no,awerewolfdoctor! They,themostintelligentcreaturesontheplanet,will makepeoplestupidwiththeirmedicine,sotheywillonly becomeservantsandcattle,andservethem forever.The wolfdoctordemandedtheprescription,andOlivertold

him againthathedidn'thaveit,thewolfdoctordidn't believehim andthreatenedhim,thatifhedidn'tgive him theleaves,hewouldkillhisfriends. Theotherdoctorstook Peterand thegirloutofthe librarytiedup,Oliverhadbeen alreadyscaredtotell him thathedidn'tknow anything,and thewolfwas alreadytiredandreadytobite,somethinghappened,the wolffrozeandthencollapsed,onhisback,therewasa huntingknifeandbehindhim wasPiggy. Afterthat,many men in black came in and started shooting darts at the other doctors.They were all shocked and after they were untied they were still shocked,Piggywasalittledifferent,insteadofhaving hislittlerag,hehadafancybow tie.Oliveraskedhim whathappenedandwiththehelpofthegirlfrom the libraryhetoldhim: Piggy was the leader ofa mafia organization when Oliver's father came to him for help,he told him everything and he agreed,he disguised himself as Oliver'spettoprotectthedoctorandtheprescription. PiggyapologizedfornotprotectingOliver'sfather,but thathewoulddohisbesttoprotectandtakecareofthe boy,becausehelovedhim,andhewashisbestfriend. Petersuddenlyaskedwheretheotherhalfoftherecipe was,thattheyweretodestroyit,Piggysimplypulledthe recipeoutofthefeathersonhischestandputitbackin withtheotherhalfwiththehelpofamaninblack.He mentionedthatinexchangeforthefavorhewouldkeep

therecipe,youneverknowwhenyoumightneedit. Intheend,theyallleftthehospitalandwhenPiggyand Oliverwereabouttogetintoafancycar,thelittlegirl from thelibraryasks,"Idon'tunderstand,isitagoodor badending?" Peterreplied,it'sjust anendingandthat'sit.
