ABOUT ME This is how I aged, throughout the years.


ABOUT ME Comparing my younger self, to my current self. Who am I right now, compared to how I was before? Whenever I look back, I always remember how I was so optimistic. I always saw my days with a positive outlook. But nowadays, I have a hard time staying positive when there's so negativities around me. I always believed that I had a fiery heart. But now, I don't even remember what it feels like to feel moved by something. Through the years, I've grown into a different person. But one thing never changed, and it's the way I fall in love.

I learned more about the worlds most renowned philosophers, such as Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle. I also learned about the human mind and consciousness. But most importantly, I learned more about myself spiritually. I learned about my weaknesses and strengths, my sensitive parts, and the perspective I had in life. I became aware of my own belief system and how I saw the truth. GNED 08, UTS - Professor You have the power to protect your peace


VISION BOARD These are the things I want to achieve in the near future. I wanna spend more time with my family, graduate and become a licensed veterinarian, travel around the world, have more pets, gain more friends, become rich, and find a soulmate. But most of all, I want to be happy and healthy in the future. I want to connect with myself deeply, and be comfortable with myself.


WHAT ARE MY BAD HABITS?


& ABETTERSELF INNER PEACE BAD HABITS My bad habits that are most noticeable are: procrastination, my "bahala na" attitude, and pessimism. I want to slowly remove these habits in my life, as they are what's stopping me from achieving my fullest potential. I want to find inner peace with myself, and have a positive outlook on life again. I'll improve these habits by sheer will-power. I'll make sure to always see the silver lining in the most darkest of times, take responsibility and accountability of my own actions, and force myself to keep going no matter how difficult it may be.


WHAT ARE MY STRESSORS?


MY STRESSORS My personal stressors are: noise, heat, conflicts, and loneliness. I try my best to cope with these stressors by being optimistic or distracting myself with music, but sometimes they just become too much to handle. On the bright side, I'm still trying to work on coping with these stressors so they won't be able to bother me as much in the future.


One thing I plan to add in my self-care plan is to travel where I can to help with my well-being. Traveling helps a lot with my overall well-being as it reminds me of how small I really am compared to the rest of the world. Traveling also helps me relax, think, and puts my mind at ease. I also would love to create meditating a habit of mine so I can clear my head when things get out of hand. Moreover, I want to become more active physically so I can become more confident with my physical aspects and be able to love myself more. Just living my best life. 13 GALLERY Issue. 1
