W-2 Communication and Log-In Instructions If you signed up to receive electronic W-2 Forms, you will now be able to access your form. Please use caution when printing your form. • • • •
Log into mySuccess and select the “Online W-2” tile Click on the dropdown to select the year and then click the “Submit” button. You will have access to the two most current W-2 Forms. If you have more than 1 page, you will see an arrow at the top that will take you to the next page/pages. In some states with multiple local taxes, there may be up to as many as 5 pages. If you have issues viewing your W-2 form, please try Chrome, otherwise, listed at the bottom is contact information for support.
You can sign up for electronic W-2’s at any time and is highly recommended for security reasons. W-2 Forms contain your personal information including your social security number. •
Log into mySuccess and click on the “Favorites” tile

Select Available Forms

Scroll down to the bottom and click on “W-2 Consent Form” and follow the instructions.

Once you elect to receive electronic W-2’s, you will have immediate access to your form and hard copies will no longer be mailed.

W-2 Information from IRS - this includes information about the Earned Income Credit that may be available to people in a certain income level as well as details pertaining to each box on the W-2 Form. W-2 Frequently Asked Questions – you will find answers to common questions pertaining to the W-2 Forms.
If you did not sign up for electronic W-2 Forms, a hard copy W-2 will be mailed to your home address no later than January 31st. If you have trouble logging into mySuccess, please contact your local Technical Support Services or Help Desk. For other questions, please contact your local Human Resources Partner or Representative.
