Home Selling Process Steps To Selling Your Home 1. GET READY Identify your selling goals. Choose the right realtor & discuss a Selling Plan. Sign a listing agreement so we can market. Know your net value and have your home show ready! I will help you plan! Have an inspection done on your home so we can see if there are any major issues.
3. SHOW YOUR HOME Prepare your home for viewings. Deep clean and declutter. Make needed Cosmetic repairs. A professional photographer will come take photos & create video of your home. I will start promoting your house online and offline (social media, flyers, signs..). Schedule open houses - This creates momentum for your listing!
5. PRE-CLOSING & TITLE The buyer will perform an inspection to reveal any needed repairs (negotiable). Remember this is why we do a pre-inspection to avoid any surprises during the buyer's inspection. Appraisal (value of home) may be ordered (if loan not cash). Title search verifies you own the property and if you have paid your taxes/HOA on time. A property survey is completed. Buyer’s final walkthrough within 24 hours prior to closing to verify home has no surprise damages.
