RLX 404 (R-404A)
®
The RLX404® is an HFC refrigerant gas, which does not degrade the ozone layer. Suitable for use in new refrigeration equipment with medium and low evaporation temperatures. It can also be used for retrofitting the R-502 and its HCFC substitutes, such as the R-408A, DI-44 and HP80.
El RLX404® es un gas refrigerante HFC, que no degrada la capa de ozono. Indicado para ser utilizado en equipos nuevos de refrigeración con medianas y bajas temperaturas de evaporación. También sirve para hacerse el retrofit del R-502 y sus sustitutos HCFC, tales como el R-408A, el DI-44 y el HP80.

Applications Aplicaciones • Water coolers (refrigeradores de agua); • Warehouses and refrigerated display cabinets (almacenes y vitrinas frigoríficas); • Ice cream and ice machines (máquinas de helado y hielo); • Ice rinks (pistas de hielo); • Cold rooms (cámaras frigoríficas); • Refrigerated transport (transporte frigorífico); • Cold drinks dispenser (dispensador de bebidas frías); • Frozen tunnels (túneles congelados); • Fishing boats (barcos de pesca).

Principales Características
• Does not degrade the ozone layer; • Only compatible with synthetic lubricating oil (POE); • In case of leakage the fluid charge can be completed during maintenance; • Always charge in the liquid phase, that is, with the cylinder upside down; • Very similar cooling capacity to the R-502; • Compressor discharge temperature up to 9° C lower than the R-502, increasing compressor life. • No degrada la capa de ozono; • Compatible solamente con aceite lubricante sintético (POE); • En caso de fuga se puede completar la carga de fluido durante el mantenimiento; • Cargar siempre en etapa líquida, o sea, con el cilindro de cabeza hacia abajo; • Capacidad de refrigeración muy similar al del R-502; • Temperatura de descarga del compresor hasta 9ºC más baja que el R-502, aumentando la vida útil del compresor.
