ACCESORIOS DE JUNTA ELASTICA TYTON FITTINGS ❑

La junta elástica tiene montaje deslizante y consigue la impermeabilidad por la presión del agua sobre el aro de goma montado entre el tubo y el accesorio. La forma de este aro está especialmente diseñada para conseguir un fácil montaje del accesorio y una total estanqueidad. Las ventajas de la junta elástica frente a la junta mecánica o de brida son: que no necesita brida, contrabrida, ni tornillos, así como también se pueden considerar las siguientes características adicionales: – Fácil montaje. – Acomodación a los movimientos del tubo (expansión-compresión).

A push-on joint has no accesories other than a rubber gasket; The pipe spigot is pushed into the socket with the use of a fork or a rack and lever machine. A push-on joint is more economical than a lead or mechanical joint and its workability is superior to other types of joints. Push-on joint rubber gaskets are manufactured to BS: 2494 or ISO: 4633 (IS: 5382) for quality of material and IS: 12820 fopr dimensions. (Mechanical joint pipes and fittings are generally used for gas mains). Clean any sand, dirt, grase or debris from the socket end and gasket. Insert gasket with groove over bead in gasket seat. Check position of gasket to assure it is completely seated in the groove with no raised areas. Wipe film of lubricant over inside of the gasket. Place the pipes in straight alignment. Assemble the pipes to the stop line on the spigot. This should be done by a lever bar or other approved devices. The joint is sealed. Deviation can now be given at the joint. If insertion is very difficult, pipe joint should be dissembled and checked.

CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS ❑ MATERIALES CUERPO El material de las piezas, en su totalidad, es la FUNDICION DUCTIL, cumpliendo las prescripciones técnicas de la Norma EN 545, apartado 4.

ANILLOS DE JUNTAS FLEXIBLES El material de las juntas flexibles es: a) Para el agua potable: E.P.D.M. cumpliendo las prescripciones técnicas de la Norma EN 545, apartado 5.2. b) Para gas natural: NITRILO del tipo requerido por el cliente.

❑ RECUBRIMIENTOS En general, los recubrimientos se realizan según la Norma EN 545, apartado 4.5.

RECUBRIMIENTO DE BITUMEN El recubrimiento Bituminoso de nuestras piezas, es un recubrimiento a base de Bitumen de color negro, aplicado tanto en el exterior como en el interior de las piezas.

RECUBRIMIENTO DE EPOXI (NUESTRO STANDARD) El recubrimiento Epoxi de nuestras piezas, es un recubrimiento, tanto interno como externo, a base de polvo de epoxi atóxico, de color azul, aplicado en caliente y con posterior secado de las piezas en horno. Mínimo espesor de capa de recubrimiento de 80 micras.

OTROS RECUBRIMIENTOS BAJO PEDIDO Bajo pedido expreso, se puede realizar cualquier otro tipo de recubrimiento.

❑ CONTROL DE CALIDAD Contamos con el certificado de aseguramiento de calidad ISO 9002, para la fabricación de Accesorios de Fundición dúctil según Normas EN 545.

❑ DIMENSIONES EN EL CATALOGO Las cifras de las dimensiones que aparecen en el catálogo, pueden no ajustarse a la realidad, por error tipográfico. En general se ajustan a las cifras dadas en la Norma EN 545. Cuando dicha norma no especifique nada para determinados diámetros, las dimensiones estarán de acuerdo con nuestras propias consideraciones técnicas.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS ❑ MATERIALS BODY, GLANDS AND BOLTING The fittings material is totally in ductile cast iron according to the specifications of EN 545 standard, item 4.

FLEXIBLE JOINT RINGS The joint material is: a) For clear water: E.P.D.M., according the technical specifications of EN 545 item 5.2. standard. b) For natural gas: NITRILO according customer´s requirements.

❑ COATINGS Coating according to EN 545 item 4.5. standard.

BITUMEN COATING Black bitumen coating is applied internally and externally.

EPOXY COATING (OUR STANDARD) The internal and external coating is applied under hot conditions from a non toxic powder epoxy. Minimum epoxy thickness is 80 microns.

OTHER COATINGS UNDER ORDER Other coatings are available if required.

❑ QUALITY CONTROL The quality assurance certificate ISO 9002 for manufacture Ductile iron fittings under EN 545 standard applies to our ductile iron fittings as per EN 545 standard.

❑ DIMENSIONS IN THE CATALOGUE In general the dimensions follow the EN 545 standard. When not specified in the EN 545 standard the dimensions follow our technical specifications.
