ACTIVITIES PROGRAMME 2015 – 2016

ACTIVITIES PROGRAMME 2015/16 SIS Staff and club providers have yet again put together an amazing out of school hours programme to provide opportunities for all students to follow their passion and develop their potential; to learn new skills and meet new friends. In order to ensure your child gets the best out of the programme, please read the following helpful information. Enrolling your child into the SIS Activities Programme: -

Please contact the ‘Lead Person’ via email, as identified next to your chosen activity. They will be able to let you know all the club details, including term starting dates; if places are available; any costs or if any equipment is needed. They will be your point of contact should your child not be able to attend a session, or if you have any further queries. Please ensure the Lead Person has replied to your message and confirmed the student’s place in the activity before they attend. Primary Parents:

Please note that parents are responsible for providing supervision for their children between the end of school and the clubs start time; if the start time is not immediately after the end of school. Primary parents are expected to collect their children directly from the club leader, for safety purposes. All parents:

Please ensure that your contact details are updated regularly and the mobile phone number, held by the club leader, is one that is available during the classes. Unless pre-agreed with the Coordinator of the Activities, the school does not provide transport to off-site activities. Please arrive promptly to collect your child after their activity.
