Koseelan's Moong Bean Snack Directions Soak a cup of moong bean for two days, changing the water on the second day. After the second day, drain the moong beans and spread and a muslin cloth. Sprinkle lots of water over the muslin cloth to ensure it is quite damp. Place the covered moong beans in the oven tray and leave in a warm place to sprout.
