OUR PROCESS DISCOVERY. In this stage, we will request and review floor plans, furniture placement, and all interior finishes. We encourage open communication about the overall vision of art design which is critical to develop a holistic art program. Any preferences regarding the art style, scale and placement should be established at this stage.

BUDGETING.

Open conversation of budget expectation is crucial to achieve the greatest results of an artworkprogram. This will allow our design to meet your requested budget.

PRESENTATION.

Customized artwork options will be presented for each location, as well as any custom renderings for selections and approvals. Artwork placement plans will be numbered to coordinate with all presented pieces. In this stage we welcome all feedback. Likes, dislikes, styles you’d like to see more of etc. As much feedback wecan get the better!

PRINTING + FRAMING.

Giclee artwork is printed in-house and custom framed to meet budget and complement all interior finishes. We have a very wide variety of options when it comes to framing and tailor all components to specifically meet each project need.

PROPOSAL.

A detailed proposal will be submitted outlining each artwork image, all sizing, framing, substrate and pricing information. The proposal will coordinate with all locations specified on the artwork placement plan and presentation.

WHITE GLOVE COORDINATION + INSTALLATION.

Outstanding art handling and coordination is essential to completing projects. The A+g Team will coordinate all details of delivery and installation of artwork at the projectsite.

OUR PROCESS TIMELINE DESIGN PROCESS 5-8 WEEKS

PROGRAMMING

• Gather client + project information • Obtain floor plans + finishes

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

• Establish story to be told bringing consistency to the project with ideation and preliminary schematics • Engagement Letter is presented with budget perimeters and location plans for client signature to begin design

RESEARCH + DESIGN

• Team begins exploring the location of the project & themes selected for the concept • This information is then formulated into a story for Phase I design

PRESENTATION

• The design concept is presented to client along with renderings, and timeframe

FEEDBACK + FINAL SELECTIONS

• Client feedback is received • Team adjusts design providing new options based on feedback • Phase II design submitted

PROCUREMENT + EXECUTION

• Deposit is received, order is placed, art is fabricated and readied for shipping

SHIPPING + INSTALLATION

• Shipping date • Coordination + Installation services available

• The shipping date will be established in this stage

• Final proposal is submitted and approved

• Design Deposit is due at this time The engagement letter will show the details of the deposit
