A 12 years old talented girl who can sing , dance and paint , juliana also find her interest in Digital art. Juliana also does badminton and basketball for her sports activities. Whang-od Oggay, also known as Maria Oggay, is a Filipina tattoo artist from Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga, Philippines. She is often described as the "last" and oldest mambabatok and is part of the Butbut people of the larger Kalinga ethnic group.
BATOK TATTOO Batok is an ancient technique of tattooing where a mixture of charcoal and water is tapped into the skin using the thorn end of a calamansi or pomelo tree. It is a symbol of beauty for women, and Kalinga women adorn their bodies with tattoos to attract suitors. For men, it is a symbol of fierceness and strength.
