GROSS AND HISTOLOGY DIAGNOSIS – Tissues fixed in formalin. Gross and histology description of maximal 5 pieces of tissue from the same case. Final diagnosis and result are sent by e-mail in 5 working days after received the sample.

SLIDE HISTOLOGY DIAGNOSIS – Slides with H&E and/or other staining ready to evaluate. Histology description of each slide (one case per slide). Final diagnosis and result are sent by e-mail in 3 working days after received the sample. NECROPSY AND HISTOLOGY DIAGNOSIS Service to companion, production and wild animals. Pathologist will go to farm or facility to do the procedure. Include: Necropsy, preliminary gross report (if it were possible with gross findings), histology report and final diagnosis. Results are sent by e-mail in 6 working days after to do the procedure. This price doesn’t include expenses or transport to pathologist.

CORPORACION  PATOLOGIA  VETERINARIA   NIT.  900.215.920-­‐1   SERVICE OF COMPREHENSIVE ANIMAL HEALTH Description HISTOLOGY DIAGNOSIS MONITORING TO ZEBRAFISH Sagittal sections of zebrafish with H&E staining permit evaluate almost all organs and systems. This histology evaluation gives complete information related with health status of zebrafish facility, because it evaluates the effect of potential pathogens in tissues: colonization, infection and/or disease (lesions). Histology diagnosis of each case (5 to 7 fish – 5 to 7 slides) from each area of zebrafish facility. Include: histology description, final diagnosis and recommendations. This monitoring is advised to do almost three times per year to zebrafish facility. Results are sent by e-mail in 8 working days after to receive the samples.

COMPREHENSIVE LAB ANIMAL HEALTH MONITORING Histology, microbiology and parasitology diagnosis of 5 specimens from same animal group (batch). One exam to each batch from facility area to evaluate. Include: Visit to facility, necropsy, histology report, microbiology isolation, PCR test (if it were available depend on pathogen), parasitological analysis (coccidian and gastrointestinal parasites). Results are sent by e-mail in 8 working days after to do the procedure. This price doesn’t include expenses or transport to pathologist.

COMPREHENSIVE ICTYOPATHOLOGY DIAGNOSIS – Live fish to evaluate Include: Necropsy, histology report, microbiology isolation and water quality parameters evaluation from a case of aquatic disease (fish, molluscs or crustaceans). Preliminary gross report (if it were possible with gross findings), histology report and final diagnosis. Results are sent by e-mail in 8 working days after to do the procedure. This price doesn’t include expenses or transport to pathologist.

VETERINARY SERVICE IN FISH OR PORCINE HEALTH – Visit to farm Analysis of production system during a health problem. This service provides information about problem and proposes a coherent, economical, environmental and technical solution. Include: Necropsy, histology report, microbiology isolation, water quality parameters evaluation (in fish health), and analysis of production factors. Final diagnosis with recommendations. Results are sent by e-mail in 8 working days after to do the procedure. This price doesn’t include expenses or transport to pathologist. COMPREHENSIVE FISH OR PORCINE HEALTH MONITORING – Visit to farm Comprehensive diagnosis of farm system and health monitoring of animals and their environment. Regular visits to prepare specific protocols of health management. Technical and scientific support to national and international health or environmental authorities. Include: First visit with the same characteristics as above veterinary service. Continuing monitoring with almost two more visits during one year. This price doesn’t include expenses or transport to pathologist.
