The name Phytomer means “plants of the sea”. The company is based in Saint-Malo, France and has been involved in safe and healthy skin care for beauty through ‘Marine cosmetics’ for over 35 years. SPA TIMES We are open from 10.00 hrs. to 19.00 hrs. TREATMENT POLICY To ensure efficiency for all guests we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy for the next client, however the full treatment price will still apply. CANCELLATION Please give 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the full price of your treatment. The charge will be applied to your room account. COMFORT Spa guests who have booked a treatment are provided with complimentary towels, robes & slippers. Hotel guests receive towels complimentary for swim visits. Please note that swimwear is required in the wet areas. CHILDREN Teenagers aged 16 or over are welcome to use the wet areas & the indoor pool. Children under 16 are not permitted for health and safety reasons.

PRIVACY Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, we ask you kindly to speak softly and turn off your mobile phone. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Lockers are provided on a complimentary basis for guests using the spa facilities. However, we recommend that you do not bring valuables into the Spa. The Spa at Capo Bay does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal items. HEALTH If you have any condition that you feel may prohibit you from using our facilities, please consult your general physician prior to your visit. Alternatively, please contact the spa reception. QUALITY CHART All the beauty treatment utensils used are systematically sterilized under ultra violet rays. Used towels are replaced after each treatment. The management reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice or to close any area of the Spa for essential maintenance.
