Stephanie Payab has been a REALTOR® since 2003. She formed The Payab Group (TPG) in 2016, a real estate team under the brokerage of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (BHHS). As President, Stephanie is focused on building a dedicated team of agents and staff which includes a marketing specialist, a transaction care representative, an executive assistant, and licenced agents. Since 2013, Stephanie has been a recipient of the prestigous Five Star Real Estate Agent Award. Originally from New Jersey, Stephanie moved to the West Coast in 1986. After spending many years in the retail business, learning the importance of customer service, she decided to transition into real estate. To prepare for the day she starts with an energetic spin class. In her free time Stephanie enjoys mentoring others, she loves to cook, travel and spend time with family and friends, many of whom are former and current clients.
