I would like to congratulate the Principal, HM and teachers of KV 3 BRD, AFS Chandigarh for their innovative output in the form of the Newsletter “TAARE ZAMEEN PAR” which showcases the wholehearted efforts towards nourishing the fundamental skills of children through Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) activities. I am delighted to see that reading skill; which is the basis of all other skills is the root of education; is the center of maximum teaching learning activities. Moreover, the newsletter is a reflection of various opportunities provided to the students to enable them to explore and flourish their inherent abilities and creativity which is the focal point of NIPUN BHARAT. TAARE ZAMEEN PAR And here again we are with another marvelous issue of news letter for which I would like to congratulate the HM and teachers for their arduous journey of the Newsletter “तारे ज़मीन पर” and efforts towards bringing out the outstanding abilities of our children.

This is my proud privilege to present another edition of CMP newsletter where versatility of our students have been reflected. Various activities in Primary section nurturing the child in all dimensions of his life as spiritual, moral, emotional, and aesthetic, have been included. Our innovative project of SPELL BEE was a great success which was instrumental in enhancing the vocabulary of our children. Green and clean environment is another project taken up by our primary wing to ensure that the message of Swachh Bharat of our honorable PM Mr. Narendra Modi reaches every child. Our children in Primary are taught how to think and not what to think. I express my sincere gratitude to Sh. P. Brahmanandam, Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner, KVS RO, Chandigarh for his valuable support and guidance consistently.
