The Choosing by Advantage tool was successfully used to make critical decisions on what older buildings were to be removed, retrofitted, or repurposed to non-acute care. The result provided Sharp with a new green quadrangle, new main entry pavilion building, new concourse connecting other legacy buildings with new entry designs and a new 7-story patient tower, while preserving critical mechanical room and IT hub that would feed the remained of the existing campus and new building that were to be proposed. *Team experience completed at a prior firm.

A similar level of complexity was managed successfully, including deign and installation of all low voltage systems.
