RED ROOMS Red Rooms are private torture rooms with the live stream of a victim getting tortured and killed. These red rooms are hypothetical as there is no solid proof of their existence but there neither an evidence that cease to exist.

Currently there are a lot of NGOs who are working to free all the innocent who were trafficked. The internet is deeper than it looks and vast than it appears. RANSOMWARE IN DARK WEB Ransomware is a sort of virus that encrypts a victim's files

and then demands a ransom in order to decrypt them.

Typically, phishing emails or virus infections are used to propagate ransomware. After infecting a computer, ransomware encrypts the victim's

files and displays a message requesting a ransom to be paid

to unlock the files. Typically, Bitcoin or another

posted on platforms like reddit and 4chan

where the "highly intelligent " people to solve it.

Those who decoded it, were allowed to solve the

to the next stage of the scavenger hunt. To

see the forest from the trees, you had to

spy a reference to Tiberius Claudius Caesar.

The Drug Trade in India: For the last three decades India has become a transit hub as well as a destination for heroin and hashish produced in the ‘Golden Triangle’ and the ‘Golden Crescent’. Homegrown production of low-grade heroin as well as various psychotropic and prescription drugs and their growing demand in neighboring countries and the international market have added a new dimension to the problem of drug trafficking.

The alarming fact is that the age of ‘first contact’ with such substances is declining sharply. While rave parties have increasingly come to attention, the use of various licit and illicit drugs among school students, out-of-school children and street or homeless population is also on the rise. The problem is seen across all socioeconomic groups, from metropolitan cities to small towns and rural areas, with newer substances and multiple substance abuses also being documented. Of the total adolescent population in India 243 million nearly 46% belong to 15–18 year age group, the most vulnerable age group in which the child acquires academic, cognitive, social and life skills. Recent times have witnessed a gradual increase in drug abuse amongst this younger population, with more people initiating drug use from an early age. The use of certain drugs such as

whitener, flute glue, corex, mephedrone, Feviqwik and another hard and soft drug are especially wide spread among street children, working children and trafficked children. India alone is the home for the world’s largest population of street children, estimated to be 18 million. The National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) estimated report said that 40–70 percent of India’s (18 million) homeless children were exposed to some form of drug abuse. As per government’s statistics, every day, India sees an average of 10 suicides related to drug abuse and addiction. Trafficking of drugs takes place overwhelmingly through land borders followed by sea and air routes. Drugs continue to represent a major source of revenue for organized crime networks, but business models are changing, with criminals

dealings, which include safety and greater

drug peddlers seven years ago.

After the successful anti-drugs drive, police

had issued advisories to all schools and

colleges to monitor the behaviour of students

and take corrective steps. They were also asked

to not allow ice cream, chaat and fruit vendors

around the institutions and instructed to make

available these food items in decent quality at

subsidised rates in the canteens. It is such

lapses that give room for peddlers to camp

outside and offer the ‘goodies’ disguised as

selling condiments and ice cream. The P&E

wing has also launched a toll-free number to

enable citizens — who have any information

regarding drug peddling. The direct effects of this stern anti-drug drive

in Telangana are being felt on dark web-based

drugs markets too. Many local drug dealers

have made a substantial change in their

shipping methods and will not be offering

tracked shipping towards Telangana and

Andhra Pradesh to avoid giving any clues to

enforcement agencies

Dark web child abuse: Hundreds arrested across 38 countries The website was operated from South Korea,

and its owner is now in jail there. More than 300 people have been arrested

following the take-down of one of the world's

"largest dark web child porn marketplaces",

investigators said. The site had more than 200,000 videos

which had collectively been downloaded more

than a million times. Fifty children saved as pedophile ring was

busted Child abuse images being traded via secure apps The site, named Welcome to Video, was run

from South Korea and had nearly eight terabytes

of content involving child abuse - enough to

store hundreds or even thousands of hours of

video footage. Prosecutors said the site had offered videos of

sex acts involving children, infants and toddlers

– and specifically asked users not to upload

videos featuring adults-only pornography.

Dark web drugs raid leads to 179 arrests Police forces around the world have seized

engaged in tens of thousands of sales of illicit

goods and services across the US and Europe. Drugs seized including fentanyl, oxycodone,

methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy

and MDMA.

Of those arrested 119 were based in the US,

two in Canada, 42 in Germany, eight in the

Netherlands, four in the UK, three in Austria

and one in Sweden. Police are getting better at targeting operations

on the dark web - a part of the internet that is

accessible only through specialised tools. This

latest raid follows the takedown of the Wall

Street market last year, which was then

thought to be the second-largest illegal online

market on the dark web.

Each individual device within the botnet network is called a bot. The stages of creating a botnet can be simplified into these steps: 1. Expose 2. Infect and Grow 3. Activate

Botnets can range in size from only a few hundreds to millions of infected devices. Attackers typically use the collective resources of the botnet to perform various disruptive or criminal activities, such as sending vast amounts of spam emails, distributing malware and launching Denial of-Service attacks.

Botnets can impact users both directly and indirectly. The most direct impact is that an infected machine is no longer under the legitimate user's control. Most people today store highly sensitive content (such as financial or legal details) on their personal devices; such information becomes vulnerable once the device is infected.

More indirectly, botnets can be used by their controllers to carry out other harmful actions, such as: Launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on rival websites or services Distributing spam emails or malware Mining digital currencies.

The growth in botnet size has often been attributed to the explosion in Internet users in the last 15 years, as more and more developing countries become increasingly open to the Internet.

A botnet architecture has developed over a while for improved working and slimmer chances of getting traced. Once it infects the desired number of devices, the botmaster (bot herder) takes control of the bots using two different approaches which are Client-Server Mode and the P2P Botnet.

Emerged in 2009, the Mariposa botnet committed online scams and launch DDoS assaults. It was also stealing personal account credentials from victims so that its operators could sell them on the Dark Web. You require an all-inclusive strategy ranging from good surfing habits to software updates to antivirus protection to prevent botnet infection.

DARK WEB Dark web?? It seems like you heard it or you know it before. What actually it is? What is the use of it? What’s the difference between a normal web and a dark web? Can I access and how? Is it safe? It is the UNSEEN side of the web? Yes, it is. Well, well, all the answer for these questions you’ll get to know at the end of this article. It was in 1970s when a group of students from Stanford University thought to sell some marijuana to the people of “MIT”. They have used the department of defence designer ARPANET (it is the predecessor to the internet). It was the first time such online transactions happened before amazon, Alibaba etc, were founded. It was in the year 2000 a web browser called Freenet, an end-to-end encrypted web browser that was mainly designed to access the dark web at that time. All the users in these are anonymous.

In the same year on Aug 22 a company named HavenCo was formed. They wanted to put in the information to reach out to the government. It was setup on Svealand, off coast to UK. It was an air defence platform left over from World War 2. But it ended up being a failure because they couldn’t able to get a satellite connection which was not as fast as we have now. In 2002 Zealand decided to buyout HavenCo and then “Tor” came into picture which is most popularly used to access the dark web. In 2009 Bitcoin was launched, a decentralized digital currency used for transaction purposes, especially on the dark web. This dark web might not be legal in some countries but in some countries, it is legal to access it. It is the dark side of the internet. People around the world don’t even know what happens inside this. Ever imagined how the hell (the opposite of heaven) looks like then the dark web is a place like hell you’ve come across in your life.

. Let’s take an example to get you to understand what it is. Let’s take Pacific Ocean, world’s largest ocean. When the light rays enter into the ocean you can see some fishes swimming inside the ocean, but up to a certain depth light rays are absorbed after that it’s totally dark no one knows what kind of creatures are living there and the dark web is as same as this. Not everyone around the world can access it at the same time you can access it only if you want to make any good use of it. This browser uses a web address called “ .onion ” while the other websites have “.in or .com” extension. This is a home for the hackers, people who do crime, illegal activities, gambling, drug dealing, selling of organs, violence, black magic etc. Many people around the globe access the dark web daily and die or get killed or kidnapped by hackers.

Let's talk about one such real incident that happened with a boy named Darius...

This was a real incident encountered by a boy named Dairus. He uploaded a story about his experience after using the dark web. One day when Darius opened the torr website to access the dark web with his VPN turned on. When he was browsing the dark web, he saw a link written as “want a surprise” out of curiosity, he clicked on it and that link directed him to a live stream in which live chat was turned on. The live stream was going in a dark room and only a single light was turned on and there was a wooden chair visible. After a few minutes he heard a man's footsteps and a women’s voice crying out of fear. He tied her up to the wooden chair and started torturing her. The users in the chat are anonymous, by seeing such violence and ill-treatment to that women he was unable to digest it that was so disturbing for him, not only to him even if you were used to be in his position you would feel the same.

Even the users were merciless that they were paying that person an amount of 500dollar bitcoin to treat her in their own way!without a second thought he immediately closes the link. A notification pop-up appears on his screen it says “leaving so soon Darius? You will pay for this and you will be next on our show. My real address last name” was shocked to see this message pop-up. Now he gets more frightened and nervous this time because the admin types Darius real address. He then closed the tor window and turned off the VPN too. But things don't settle here. A few days later his phone got hacked and his pictures were taken from his phone through his camera. A strange thing happened while he was on his return to his home, he saw his house main gate was opened. Not sooner had he seen his main gate was opened he rushed into his house and opened his main door and entered into his room saw a letter on his table it says

“thought we couldn’t find you!!!”. After a few days he went missing.. No trace was found of him until now. No one knew what had happened to him. His story on reddit was not updated till now.... This story was uploaded by Darius on reddit.

THIS IS JUST ONE INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED TO A DARK WEB USER WHO WENT UNTRACABLE, BUT THERE MIGHT BE MANY OTHER SUCH PERSONS AROUND THE WORLD WHO HAVE BEEN INTO THIS DARK WEB OR SEEN AS VITCIM LIKE THE WOMEN. SOME PEOPLE SELL THEIR BODY ORGANS IN THE NAME OF MONEY ON THEIR OWN WILL. SUCH DISTURBING AND UNDIGESTEDABLE THINGS THAT HAPPENS HERE MIGHT NOT BE SEEN ANYWHERE.
