Who we are Baillie Industries is a proud, family-owned, metal work specialist business based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Baillie Industries can project manage all of your site requirements from design and construct to fabrication and installation of all types of metal fabrication. Including light structural, heavy industrial, processed pipe, high pressure pipe and all major or minor fabrication work. We specialise in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium fabrication and welding, including MIG, TIG ARC, flux core, brazing and specialty welding like Inconel, Hardox and Cast. Baillie Industries also holds machining capabilities with their in-house machine shop. Existing plants or new plants and operations, Baillie Industries can assist and manage all your project needs, including engineering solutions, design and construct, upgrades, refurbishment, breakdowns, fabrication and installation. Baillie Industries also prides itself on its service, repair and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance capabilities. Working with the likes of Visy Group, Downer, Re-Purpose It, Tek Foods, Coates Hire, Victoria Police, keeping their plants and operations working at maximum efficiency. Heath Baillie, the Founder and Director of Baillie Industries, is a qualified boilermaker, fabricator and high-pressure pipe welder. Heath is totally dedicated to delivering quality service and outcomes to his valued clients. The team at Baillie have a wide variety of experience in the fabrication and construction fields and are able to carry out any custom-designed projects. We have particular experience in the food, paper, manufacturing and construction sectors. We are professional and flexible and can assist in meeting all of our client’s needs.

Workshops Baillie Industries operate out of two fully equipped fabrication shops, one in Reservoir and the other in Whittlesea. We are proud to employ a team of experienced professional fabricators. Some of our equipment includes guillotines and folders, aluminium pulse MIGs and AC/DC TIG welders. We also have large cutting capabilities and a fully equipped machine shop.

They are experienced, skillful and hardworking, and are provided with ongoing training and upskilling to ensure they are completing high level attention to detail, timely fabrication and quality workmanship.
