Dios les bendiga en este día. A continuación, las instrucciones relacionadas con la actividad de la presentación del Programa de Navidad en el Teatro de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Río Piedras. 1. Las taquillas continúan a la venta en La Tiendita y en la Oficina de Contabilidad a $12 y $14 dólares. Los boletos se estarán vendiendo únicamente en la Academia y hasta que se agoten. En la eventualidad de que queden boletos disponibles, se estarán vendiendo en la entrada del teatro. 2. Los estudiantes que van a participar en el programa tendrán ensayos en la Academia el martes y miércoles, 29 y 30 de noviembre de 2016 durante el horario escolar. 3. El miércoles, 30 de noviembre de 2016 es el último día para que los padres envíen el permiso de “Field Trip” con $4.50 del costo de la guagua al maestro de Salón Hogar para que el estudiante pueda asistir al ensayo final en el teatro. Este proceso es igual al que se sigue para los “Field Trips”. 4. El jueves, 1 de diciembre de 2016 los participantes tendrán su Ensayo Final en el Teatro de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Río Piedras. Vestimenta para el ensayo: uniforme Educación Física. Debido a estipulaciones del Teatro, el horario del ensayo será de 8:00 AM a 12:00 PM. Se saldrá de la Academia cerca de las 8:00 AM, habiendo ya desayunado. Los estudiantes irán acompañados por el maestro del grupo en la guagua. Los estudiantes deberán traer un bulto liviano con una libreta y los pequeños, un libro de pintar y crayolas. Todos los estudiantes y maestros deberán llevarse una merienda fuerte y agua para consumir durante el ensayo. NO SE PERMITE A LOS PADRES EN EL ENSAYO NI PUEDEN ENTRAR AL TEATRO. Al pasar lista por la mañana en el salón, los maestros de Salón Hogar confirmarán que cada estudiante participante:  haya entregado el Field Trip Authorization, firmado por el padre o persona encargada.  haya entregado los $4.75 de la guagua  tenga su ID card consigo (Estudiantes que no tengan alguno de estos tres, no podrán ir al ensayo.) 5. Los estudiantes que no van a participar en el programa, se quedarán en la escuela el jueves en su horario regular de clases y la Directora hará los arreglos para la atención de estos estudiantes. Habrá almuerzo. HABRÁ ESTUDIOS SUPERVISADOS, CUIDO PREESCOLAR, TUTORÍAS Y TÍTULO I.

Habrá estacionamiento disponible dentro del recinto  “Estacionamiento T” (detrás del Museo, entrando por la Ave. Ponce de León)  “Estacionamiento A” (detrás de la Facultad de Arquitectura, entrando por la Ave. Gándara o Barbosa)  “Estacionamiento E” (al lado del estacionamiento multipisos, entrando por la Ave. Gándara o Barbosa) Habrá un trolley eléctrico y una van para transportar el público de los estacionamientos hasta el Teatro. La Seguridad Universitaria estará disponible para cualquier duda. c. Los estudiantes que van a participar en el programa y los maestros que van a trabajar deben estar en el Teatro de la Universidad de Puerto Rico en Río Piedras no más tarde de las 5:00 PM. d. Las puertas del Teatro comenzarán a abrirse al público a las 5:30 PM; el programa comenzará a las 6:00 PM. e. Como este concierto es una actividad oficial de la Academia Menonita, deseamos recalcar que la vestimenta de los asistentes al concierto es casual semiformal (casual elegante) siguiendo las normas de vestimenta establecidas en las páginas 33 y 34 del Manual de Estudiantes y Padres (no mahones rotos, gastados o desaliñados, tenis, escotes pronunciados, minifaldas, manguillos descubiertos, etc.). La Academia Menonita se reserva el derecho de admisión. f.

May the Lord bless you this day. The following are the instructions related to the presentation of the Christmas Program at the Theater of the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras. 1. The tickets continue on sale at La Tiendita and at the Business Office at $12 and $14 dollars. The tickets will only be sold at the school and until they are sold out. In the eventuality that there would still be available tickets, they will be sold at the entrance of the theater. 2. The students that will participate in the program will have rehearsals at school on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 29 and 30, during school hours. 3. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 is the last day for the parents to send to the homeroom teacher the Field Trip permission with $4.50 for the cost of the bus, so the student can attend the final rehearsal at the theater. This process is the same that is followed for the Field Trips. 4. On Thursday, December 1, 2016 the participants will have a final rehearsal at the Theater of the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras. Dress code for the rehearsal: Physical Education uniform. Due to stipulations of the Theater, the rehearsal schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We will leave the school near 8:00 AM, having already had breakfast. The students will be accompanied by their homeroom teacher in the bus. Students must bring a light backpack with a notebook, and the little ones, a coloring book with crayons. All students and teachers must take along a heavy snack and water for them to eat during the rehearsal. PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE REHEARSAL NEITHER TO ENTER THE THEATER. At the morning roll call in the classroom, the homeroom teachers will confirm that the participating students:  have submitted the Field Trip Authorization signed by parent or person in charge.  have included the $4.75 for the bus  have their ID cards with them (Students who do not have all 3 items, will not go to the rehearsal.) 5. The students who will not participate in the program, will stay at school on Thursday in their regular class hours and the Director will make arrangements for attending these students. There will be lunch. THERE WILL BE STUDY HALL/PRESCHOOL CARE, TUTORING AND TITLE I. 6. THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2016.

7. Friday, December 2, 2016 – Christmas Program a. Parking inside the campus will be available:  “Estacionamiento T” (behind the Museum, entering by Ponce de León Avenue)  “Estacionamiento A” (beside Faculty of Architecture, entering by Gandara St. or Barbosa Ave.)  “Estacionamiento E” (beside the multi-level parking, entering by Gandara St. or Barbosa Ave.) Electric trolley and a van will be available to move public from parkings to the Theater. University Security will be available to help in case of any doubt. c. The students who will participate in the program and the teachers who will working, must be at the Theater of the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras no later than 5:00 PM. d. The doors of the Theater will start to open at 5:30 PM; the program will start at 6:00 PM. e. As this concert is an official activity of Academia Menonita, we want to reinforce that the dress code for the public attending the concert is casual semi-formal (casual elegant) following the dress code established in pages 33 and 34 (of the Spanish version) of the Handbook for Students and Parents (no torn, worn out, or untidy jeans, no sneakers, plunging necklines, miniskirts, uncovered spaghetti shoulder straps, etc.). The participating students will wear the attire that was informed to them, which is as stated in the Spanish version of this memo. Consult the homeroom teacher in case of any doubt.
