October 7, 2022 Theme of the Week - Doctors, Nurses & Dentists

This week has been so fun! We have been learning about doctors, nurses and dentists. We even had a dentist come to our school on Wednesday to show us the great thing's dentists do to help people, and how we all need to brush and floss our teeth to keep them healthy and looking pretty. The children all received a new toothbrush and toothpaste to take home. This week we also had Picture Day! Woo Hoo!!! The children all came to school looking just adorable, and ready for their photos to be taken. We can’t wait to see how they come out; you should receive them in a few weeks. Next week we will be learning about the Fire and Police Departments, plus we will have a visit from our local Fire Department on Tuesday, complete with hook-and-ladder truck, firefighters in uniform, and plenty to learn. So exciting! And remember, there is no school on Monday October 10th, for the Indigenous Peoples Day holiday. Have a wonderful, long weekend! Love, Danielle and the Preschool Team
