Welcome to Delta Fulfilment Hi there, I’m Dani, Founder and Managing Director at Delta Fulfilment. Delta Fulfilment is a 3PL based in the UK specialising in eCommerce order fulfilment. It was born out of my own frustration of selling products online and not finding a 3PL that I was happy with. Therefore, I started Delta in 2017 and have grown our operations year-on-year to the point where we joined the ITD Global Group in 2022 as part of BGF’s £15m investment into ITD Global. We view our customers as our partners and we proactively look to add logistics services that can help our clients grow their brands both locally and globally. Some examples of this include: Pairing up with EU import experts and warehouses to provide EU fulfilment solutions to UK and US brands. Adding B2B and FBA Prep services alongside our D2C order fulfilment services so we can handle all our clients’ order fulfilment needs. Offering outsourced customer support for our clients to take another headache away from them so they can focus on Sales. We believe that D2Cs will increasingly go to 3PL agencies and consultants for advice on which 3PL to partner with. We, therefore, created our Partner Program to strengthen and build new relationships with key experts in the eCommerce industry like yourself. Our Global Fulfilment Solutions UK Fulfilment Solutions We ship orders all over the UK within 24-48 hours. We also help non-UK brands get a UK VAT number so they can import and fulfil UK orders locally.

EU Fulfilment Solutions We offer two Brexit-proof EU Fulfilment Solutions. With IOSS we can fulfil orders from the UK to EU. We also have EU warehouses for clients that want to fulfil EU orders faster.

USA & Worldwide Fulfilment Solutions We use couriers that ship worldwide. We can get our clients’ products into their global customers’ hands in just 1-2 weeks.

Our Partner Program We believe that partners that bring new business opportunities to us deserve to be rewarded for their time and efforts. We are also aware that a 3PL’s sales cycle typically takes between 6-12 months. Therefore, we have designed our Partner Program to reward our partners in 2 stages:

For the initial introduction and meeting with the eCommerce brand If the eCommerce brand signs up within 12 months of the introduction

That way even if we don’t close a deal with a brand, we reward partners that refer brands to us that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (see below).

Partner Program Rewards Initial intro and meeting with an eCommerce brand: $200 Brands signed within 12 months of the intro: 3% of their first 12 months contract.
