Do not answer your bedroom door without verifying who is at the door. If a person claims to be an employee of the Hotel, please call the front desk to verify if this person is in fact a staff member and the reason for their visit to your room.

Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all the door locking devices especially when you are asleep. Check to see that all sliding glass doors or windows, and any connecting room doors, are locked

Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash, expensive jewellery, camera’s etc. Place all valuables in the room safe if you are not wearing or carrying them.

Please note that water is from our borehole, which has been tested & safe to drink. We kindly request that you do not dispose of any foreign or sanitary objects including cigarette butts in the toilet bowls. Upon your departure kindly remember to hand in your keys at Reception. FIRE EVACUATION
Fire Evacuation Procedure Fire instruction notices are prominently displayed on the guest room doors. Please take a few moments to read the instructions and familiarise yourself with the location of the nearest exit. Should you discover a fire: - Try not to panic! Use the nearest phone to contact reception by dialling 039 311 3618 .Clearly state the location of the fire and room number nearest to the fire as a location indicator. On exiting the Hotel, move quickly and proceed to the designated assembly area in front of the Hotel. Fire marshals and Hotel Management will be on hand to conduct a guest and staff headcount.

The restaurant is open from 07h00 to 22h00 Monday to Sundays as well as Public Holidays. Check-in Time Check-in time is from 14h00 onwards. Should you require an earlier check-in time, please make arrangements with Reception ahead of your arrival. Check-out Time The Hotel check-out time is 11h00. We therefore kindly request that you vacate your room on the day of departure by this time. Should this not be convenient for you, please contact Reception ahead of time to make a suitable arrangement that works for you. Conferences ( 039 311 3618) With a conference capacity of up to 150 delegates in 3 conference rooms, offering delegates a quiet work environment at the sea. [email protected] for further info. Do Not Disturb If you do not wish to be disturbed, please indicate this by leaving the “Do Not Disturb” card on the outside of the door handle of your room. Your room will not be serviced until the card has been removed. In addition, if you do not want to be disturbed by incoming calls, please inform Reception. Keys Please remember that you may be asked to show your room key when charging items to your room. Please have this available should it be required. Laundry (039 311 3618 ) Outsourced laundry available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Items must be handed in before 08h00 and will be returned in 24 hours. A laundry/dry cleaning list & bag is available in your room.
Luggage Storage Arrangements may be made with Reception for temporary storage of luggage. Please contact Reception should you need your luggage to be collected and stored. The hotel will not accept responsibility for any losses. Maintenance Great care is taken to ensure that all equipment in your room is in good order. Should you however experience any problems, please contact Reception to attend to. Parking Parking is available. Please make sure that all valuables are removed from your car while it is parked in the parking area.
