CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY! Dear Team, Welcome to our 2nd internal Newsletter of the year, and what a great year so far, thank you all for your continued hard work and commitment to Team Dynamic. I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Happy Easter and enjoy your Easter break. This year we are pleased to have donated some Easter Egg’s to the Mother Christmas Easter appeal, helping children in need in Northamptonshire. We are taking part in this years Wolf Run and I along with all the other Wolfies have started the training and we will be updating you on our progress. I am pleased to announce our chosen charity will be Make A Wish. Congratulations to Steph on the birth of beautiful baby Primrose and a massive well done to our Employee of the Month nominees and our winners for January and February - Adam & Rosie. Interview With Emma What is your role at Dynamic? Company Accountant When and why did you join Dynamic? I joined in March 2019 – I had been made redundant from my previous role. I applied for the job at Dynamic as moving into wholesale rather than retail really interested me. Favourite holiday destination? Morocco. What is your favourite film? I do not really have a favourite film, but my family do laugh at me when Christmas 24 returns each year as I do enjoy as cheesy festive film. Do you have any pets? 2 Cats Panda and Vanilla and a Hamster called Poppy. Give us your verdict on the last TV show you binge watched? I binge watched Clarkson’s Farm 2 recently. Whilst Jeremy Clarkson is not everyone’s cup of tea, his narration of the day to day goings on, on the farm is very funny. What was the last thing you googled? Diddly Squat Farm shop – to find out how much chutney was after watching Clarkson’s Farm.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I do not really get a lot of spare time, but when I get the chance, I do like to read on my kindle. Favourite Dynamic chair? It would have to be the Eclipse, it’s a humble chair, and if I think of what an office chair is, this is what springs to my mind. What makes you smile? When my son tells me, he loves me, he’s approaching his teenage years now, so I treasure every time he says it to me. Unpopular opinion? Yes, pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza. If you had a time machine that could transport you to any year for one week, which year would you go back / forward to? I would go back to 2012 and have one last family holiday with my Mum. What is your desert island meal? Starter: Camembert with onion chutney and bread Main: I would be too full from the above so would most likely skip to dessert. Dessert: Apple Crumble and Custard. Drink: Glass of white wine.

Favourite season? Summer, I hate being cold.

International Women’s Day Last month we marked International Women’s Day, with a purple themed photo shoot to celebrate our great team of wonderful ladies!!

Key Dates & Charity

Volunteer with TNT! Please speak to James if you have are free one Tuesday evening to serve hot drinks and hot food to the hungry and homeless in Northampton town centre.

Wolf Run Charity Announcement We are pleased to announce that our chosen charity for the Autumn Wolf Run will be Make A Wish, who help to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. Be sure to email any of your training photos to [email protected]

Easter Egg Appeal We have once again teamed up with Mother Christmas, this time to give children in need in Northamptonshire an Easter Egg. All egg donations have been picked up and ready to be delivered.

Red Nose Day Fundraising Our Red Nose Day bake sale raised over £68 for Comic Relief, thank you everyone for your cakes and donations.

King Charles III’s Coronation Afternoon Tea To coinside with King Charles III’s coronation, we will be hosting a royal afternoon tea on Friday 5th May. Be sure to bring in some loose change, all money raised will go to the Prince’s Trust who supports 11 - 30 year olds to move into jobs, education and training.

Upcoming Bank Holidays We will be closed for bank holidays on Good Friday on 7th April, Easter Monday on 10th April, the early May bank holiday on 1st May, King Charles’s Coronation Bank Holiday on Monday 8th May and the late May Bank Holiday on Monday 29th May.
