With access to an integrated learning catalogue, you will have the opportunity for cross-faculty networking and learning content that will support your diverse learning needs. Will I be able to learn and take up modules that are beyond my current role? Yes. You can take up both broad and technical learning modules outside of your job competency profile. How do broad competencies differ from our existing Skill Group Development Programme (SGDP)? Broad Competencies are introduced to support the development of transferable skills. These competencies are for self-development purposes and will not be used as a form of performance / promotion assessment criteria. SGDP was focused on technical competencies to build your specialisation. 2 3

F1nance Academy encourages cross function learning and collaboration – hence all learning content (Education) and embedment activities (Experience and Exposure) will be made available to everyone in Finance. How can I find out more about learning content outside my assigned or recommended learnings? There will be an integrated learning catalogue all F1nance Academy learners can have access to.
