The Electrical Teacher, Bloody Bay Road, Roxborough, Tobago.
Dear Sir, On 26th October 2021 at 1:30pm Jose` cut while cutting metal in the workshop. At approximately 1:30pm on October 26, 2021 in the metal workshop. The class of 5A3 had metalwork, as they entered their classroom we started on our individual assignment. Everyone was talking and laughing and reacted to a comment that was made about Jose’s mother. He forgot that he was a piece cutting metal and his hand slipped into the active machine and one of his fingers got cut off. The rest of the class was shocked when they heard he was crying out .I ran and turned off the machine .I took his hand and tied it so it could stop the bleeding .I took him to a teacher so that they could get more help for him. The principal was informed and he called the police and the ambulance .When the ambulance arrived they gave him a first aid kit .And they called his parents and told them the situation and they were about to take him to the hospital . To prevent such an accident from ever happening again to Jose and any other students do not play in the workshop.
