INTRODUCTION! It was a pleasure meeting you at Masterclass. I’m sure you agree, this particular Masterclass was an eye opening experience. Joel’s teachings were immensely insightful and just being in the same room was over the top for me. It was amazing encountering so many wonderful people from all backgrounds, teachings and professions. It was powerful and inspiring. Rarely in my life have I had the privilege to be surrounded by so many talented and driven individuals like yourself. I am thrilled to be creating a video reel that will serve you for years to come. I am grateful for your time and investment. I am keen to help you tell your story, learn more about you and craft an inspiring content driven sizzle video reel that will help your business and endeavors grow. I am going to go over 6 items. Please read each one of them and then reach out again to get started.

Communication Is Essential:

For a fast response, I prefer email when possible. I check my Gmail twice a day excluding days I am on set or doing audio/post production. I usually reply within 48 hours. If there is ever anything urgent - you are welcome to contact me via text/call at 910-242-6061. Again, I will reply as soon as humanly possible, but just know I am busy, but you’re a priority for me. We may exchange notes or brief communication via Facebook if that is best for you. WARNING: Please be aware that I receive dozens of messages daily on Facebook and may not be immediate to respond when on that platform.

Your Files and Upload: As we dive into the process you’ll be sending me your assets, both personal and professional. They will vary between photos, DO NOT have to send assets I have captured from Masterclass unless you’re referring to a “specific” slice. I accept Dropbox, Google Drive and WeTransfer*. Please make sure that everything has the highest resolution possible! Try to keep files at 1080p or higher when possible. The less compressed THE FILES, the better! Please send assets within 30 days of receiving this document. If assets aren’t received within 30 days of this email, timelines are subject to change. For example, if you send them 2 days before or even 10 days before *If you use WeTransfer --- I highly recommend using their “paid version”. If I am working out of office I may not be able to download certain files until several days after, so the paid version is best.

Your Booking and Personal Consultation: Prior to starting the editing process we will need to schedule a 30 minute call! I will do my best to be flexible and I can go between:

• Phone, • Zoom and/or • Discord. As we enter our meeting, be prepared with the following: - A brief, yet detailed explanation of what you do. - Why you do what you do? - Who the benefit and how? - How long have you been doing this? - What and who inspires you? Why does it inspire you? - What are the results you’ve achieved that you’re most proud of? - What are your upcoming goals? - Do you have any preferences on “music” for the content? - Are there any details about your audience you want to appeal to. The Revision Process: As I’m creating your reel, there will be different stages! For either of the Packages you’ll receive a rough cut once!! This is to make sure we have the big picture and we’re on the same page with all of the major pieces. After we gather your initial notes and implement them, you’ll be granted up to two additional revisions*.

For the $1,997 Package both videos will have a “separate” revision process. Usually we don’t need the second revision. I’ll schedule a call with you if -- we’re on the second revision and there’s a note or concept I don't understand clearly. *PLEASE NOTE: There is a $150 PER revision fee for every “additional” revision cycle after the second.* When sending me your notes, gather everything in ONE email and use chronological time stamps!

Two Packages To Choose From $997 Package Breakdown: Prior to starting the editing process, we’ll need your most important assets to really drive the point home! Please do your best to over deliver to me. More is better than mediocre! It is easier to take away assets later in the process than delay or lose impact with your assets because we need more. You will receive a rough 1.30 - 2.30 minute sizzle reel! These are usually testimonial heavy while showcasing you quickly and powerfully per Joel Bauer standards. We’ll need the following: - 4 to 6 “video” testimonials - Any additional footage (or audio) of you prior that you like and feel will

impact your video reel. It can showcase you speaking, presenting, podcasting, in your element, etc. We can use it as B-roll. Even if it's semi-unrelated or feels like B-roll and you just like it, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. - Graphics, logos, etc. Please send them as a “PNG” when possible. NOT a JPG. - Your Website/Call to Action - If possible, to make it more powerful, 3 written testimonials and high quality photos of the person they’re quoting!

$1,997 Package Breakdown: You will receive a 4 to 5 minute presentation, to be able to give me an over view of what you do. Once we’ve signed off on the main presentation, I will cut and produce your 1.30 - 2.30 minute sizzle reel with the supplied assets! Music may or may not change subject to needs and taste! Remember, there are two revisions possible. We’ll need the following for the $1,997 package: - 5 to 8 video testimonials - Any additional footage (or audio) of you prior that you like. It can showcase you speaking, presenting, podcasting, in your element, etc. Even if it's semiunrelated or feels like B-roll and you just like it, we would love to have it. - Graphics, logos, etc. Again, please send them as PNG. - Your Website/Call to Action

- If possible, 4 “written” testimonials and high quality photos of the person they’re quoting. - A 1 to 2 minute minimum voiceover talking about what and why you do what you do! Joel has a great template for this! I can always trim things down if it feels too long.
