Hello Everyone, “Excellence through efforts.” The Green colour of ‘Martand House’ signifies harmony, well being and prosperity. It denotes nature, health and safety. The motto reads “EXCELLENCE THROUGH EFFORTS”, which means we must always work together continuously for the upliftment of the house. The colour of the house represents unity in diversity. It shows how different forms of nature merge with each other and are interdependent. The goal of Martand House is to maintain integrity of the house which would help to accomplish the mission with imaginative and creative ideas so that, as a team we soar higher and higher and reach the pinnacle of glory. The students and all members of Martand House are quite committed and passionate to bring changes in the mindset of society. I am thankful to all my house members and students for their creative and cooperative efforts to bring out this edition of House e – magazine. Importance of Time in today’s scenario is quite crucial for everyone, so the Theme of our magazine is the same and the suggestive name is ‘RHYTHM’. discipline during house activities with the help of house captains and prefects and under the guidance of house master. We together tried to raise the flag of house very high as our utmost goal. Martand the synonym of Sun, it’s flames and it’s huge impact on the society. The students of Martand House are quite creative and have self belief that they can make wonders . The house e - magazine “Rhythm" is true representation of the same. Through the House Magazine students have shown their creative and literary skills under the guidance of our house teachers. Front page of the House Magazine itself shows the depth of thinking process of the house. I am thankful to our Principal ma’am and House teachers who gave us this golden opportunity to showcase our abilities through e magazine even during tough times House Captain Lokesh Somani (XII COMMERCE) “ Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is process; working together is success!” Vice House Captain acting as a link between house members and house captain presenting team work, supporting ability and motivation. It became my first duty to bring my house, Martand house, fame and name in every walks of competition. Being a Vice House Captain I contributed my best by participating in certain activities and encouraged other students of the house to participate. We as a team feel great to prepare our house magazine “Rhythm” in the proper guidance of our house master and house teachers. Each and every student of our house, with their versatility and creativity, do participate in activities planned to contribute towards house. With this active participation of students and guidance of our house master, our house is able to achieving new heights of success. With the collaborative efforts of our house teachers and students we are able to prepare and release our annual e - magazine “Rhythm”. In this e magazine, students have showcased their, interest and talent by the way of drawings, colorful paintings, poems, articles. Front page and back page of the magazine displays the importance of Time as time management is very important for everyone. OVERTHINKING LIFE OF A STUDENT Students life is the most important and golden period of development. It is the time when a child’s character is built. A child’s mind is just like a lump of clay and it is best moulded during school times. School life is full of joy and happiness for students as they are free from any worries and tensions of life. It is important for students to learn skills and acquire good knowledge during this period. Student life in school helps them start learning about everything. They learn academic knowledge, manners, good behaviour, discipline, punctuality, and more. When they get the right education and guidance, they become wellmannered adults. The student life prepares them with responsibilities for the world outside. It establishes the foundation for a child’s growth and development of both character and knowledge. The student life teachers a child about regularity, obedience, sincerity, and forbearance. They learn what is good and what is bad to do. They understand social learning and improve their social skills from their peers. They also learn to respect the differences in other students while following their own norms and values.

Over thinking ! What is overt hinking ? It is too much thinking on a particular topic. You are not taking any action but only thinking. It is the thing that damage your mind and it’s full wastage of time and energy. It is taking you away from your goals. It’s not an easy task to control it and it spreads negativity in your mind. Psychology also says that over thinking is dragging a person towards stress, tension, anxiety and depression. You start thinking what people will say, how they will feel, what they will do, etc. Only matter is what is your feeling and thinking, than overt hinking can be stopped. It is killing the happiness. If someone is talking about you or not but still you start thing he was thinking about, what he was talking, have I done something wrong. And by this you are hearting yourself. And to overcome this start ignoring what people think and have trust in yourself and not on negative comments of people. Why always to think that if people are ignoring us, we have done something wrong? Why we cannot think, they don’t have any answer to tell, they might be busy or some other reasons. In one bad thought we forget all our good thoughts and waste time in bad thinking. To stop over thinking distract yourself to there things like adventure, sports and always be busy and stop negative thoughts. Ashoka – The Great Ashoka , also known as ' Ashoka the great’ was an Indian Emperor of the Maurya dynasty, son of Bindusara, who ruled almost all of the Indian subcontinent more than 2300 years ago. Ashoka expended Chandragupta’s empire to reign over territory stretching from present day Afghanistan in west to Bangladesh in East . The empire’s capital was Patliputra , with provincial capital Taxila and Ujjain. Ashoka, after Kalinga war, got upset with bloodshed vowed to never fight again. He patronised Buddhism during his reign. The most famous Mauryanruler was Ashoka. He was the first ruler who tried to take his message to the people through inscriptions. He appointed officials known as Dhamma Mahamarta, who went place to place teaching about dharma. Nowadays Online gaming is a major trend all over the world. In this virtual world online gaming touches its peak level. Online game is a video game that is played with the help of internet and a device. Some people consider online gaming as a mode of entertainment and some feel as an escape from stress. Nowadays, youngsters are more active in this gaming world, they play for hours on their mobile phones and computers. As everything has an opposites side online gaming also has. Due to excessive usage of online gaming youngsters get addicted to it which may cause many health issues like vision problems, headache, and neck pain etc and also mental issues which lead to many gaming disorders. As we can see nowadays youngsters get specs in early age. Why is this so? One of the main reason behind this is playing online games for hours. Youngsters even get addicted to social media like Instagram, they scroll reels for hour on their phone and waste their time. Youngsters even spend their parents money on online games they buy online games or even they spend money on in-game purchases. In recent years, many cases of deaths of youngsters has also been recorded while playing online games. नेताजी का झूठ एक बार की बात है | रामगढ़ एक बहुत बडा गाां व था| वहाां पर चुनाव के पररणाम मानो पहले से तय हो| एक ही नेता चार बार चुनाव जीत गया| नेताजी वादे तो बहुत करते लेककन कनभाते एक भी नहीां| रामगढ़ बहुत बडा गाां व होने के कारण समस्या भी काफी थी| वहाां के नेता के सामने ककसी की नहीां चलती| अगर कोई उसका कवपक्ष करना चाहे तो वह उसके साथ मारपीट करवा दे ता| और यह सब गाां व वालोां को पता नहीां थे चोरी-किपे मारपीट हुआ करती थी| चुनाव का समय नजदीक आ रहा था, और इस बार गाां व वाले नहीां चाहते थे कक वह ही नेता वापस रामगढ़ पर राज करें | इसके कलए गाां व वालोां के सामने उस नेता की सच्चाई लानी थी| यह काम कसफफ मीकिया ररपोटफ र काकतफक कर सकता था| काकतफक ने नेता के खिलाफ काफी सबूत इकट्ठा कर कलए थे, कजनको वह एक साथ एक ककताब में कलि रहा था| नेताजी को इसके बारे में भनक तक नहीां थी| काकतफक ने उस ककताब का नाम ''नेताजी का झूठ'' रिा | अब उसने वह ककताब बाजार में बेचनी शुरू कर दी| कुि ही कदनोां बाद वह ककताब रामगढ़ और आसपास के क्षे त्ोां मे इतनी बीकी कजससे काकतफक तो धन्य हो गए| उस ककताब से सब लोगोां को नेताजी के कारनामोां का पता चल गया| अब जब चुनाव के समय आया तो लोगोां ने एक साथ कमलकर उस नेता को रामगढ़ से बाहर फेंक कदया| और नेताजी का झूठ आखिरकार सामने आ ही गया नाम : कहमाां शु िोिर - X
