Vol. 5 Sept/Oct 2015

Message from Paula We had so much fun last year, we are going to do it again! Our 2nd annual auc on, is scheduled for October 17 and promises to be a fun‐filled evening shared with friends and family. This year’s theme is Hooray for Hollywood so I expect to see the paparazzi snapping photos of “celebri es” on the red carpet. The Supporters of the Community Senior Center of Hillsboro, Inc. will be joining the star studded staff and amazing, auc on commi ee to make this event an even bigger success! Together we will raise awareness of the increasing number of older adults in our community who all want the same things you do—purpose, connectedness and quality of life. One hundred percent of the net proceeds are reinvested in the Hillsboro Community Senior Center to support the Center’s nutri on program, wellness classes and recrea onal opportuni es for our patrons. If you want to get into the “act”, please donate to this annual event and help us con nue to provide low cost, quality meals and programs. Just $4 would buy someone an extra meal or $40 would buy ten!
