Stepwise glimpse of manufacturing: 1. Quartz Grits arrive at a facility. 2. Thorough checks for moisture and consistency. 3. Grit samples verification for every batch. 4. Sample creation by Research & Development. 5. Compositions replicated to production line. 6. Quartz powders loaded in Powder Silos and quartz grits in the Grit Silos. 7. Resin pumped to the mixing tower and distributed evenly by machines. 8. A 1250 kg to make 2.5 slabs of 2cm/ 3 slabs of 2cm. 9. Compression in chamber at 110 kpa power for 5 min. 10. Heat treatment for 50-80 min. 11. 25 slides treated in cold chamber for about 2 hours.
