This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland 18 years of age and over, except employees of the Promoter or participating retailers and their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. The Promoter and Data Controller is MACE Ireland. 3. MACE Ireland is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management. 4. No purchase necessary. 5. This competition is in not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. 6. The prize consists of 1 x €200 One4All Voucher. 7. How to enter: In the comments below the competition post tell us what you have been doing to beat the dreaded January Blues. 8. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person, from various Facebook accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted. 9. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. 10. Timings – closing date for receipt of entries is February 6th 2023. Winner will be selected and contacted directly by February 14th 2023. 11. The winner will be chosen by the judges. The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into. 12. In order to redeem your prize, MACE may need to ask for your name, address and contact details. Your details will be used by MACE or a 3rd party for the purposes of distribution of prizes. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. 13. If the promoter is not able to contact any winner by midnight on February 15th 2023 then another winner will be awarded their prize in their place. 14. The prize is non-transferable, no alternatives will be offered. 15. MACE reserve the right to vary the prize in the event of circumstances beyond our control. 16. Entry to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion. 17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the Prize (to the extent permissible by law). 18. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules. This included images and copy you submit as part of your

entry to the competition, by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are giving MACE the right to use these images and copy in our social media posts. 19. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable. 20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
