Sabah Training Assistant Manager I'm Nurul Natasya from Sabah. When i joined J&T my position is network department and then i transfer to Trainer Department after 6 months. My Position now is Training Assistant Manager. I think the secret of success is always be initiative in whatever we do and never stop learning even it's not related to our task. My goals in the future for my team is I want my team to have leadership skills and be initiative with their task.
