Our Services We provide specialist care across the boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow for people requiring palliative care, as well as offering support for their families.

“Our aim is to provide

holistic care to all patients and families, regardless of the setting, knowing that the end of someone’s life is vital to get right.

Vanessa Francis Lead Nurse We have an In-Patient Unit which gives patients the reassurance of having a large team of healthcare professionals close at hand. In addition, a large part of our work is delivered by a dedicated team of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Doctors out in the community. Practical advice regarding financial affairs is also available.

Our Volunteers A huge part of Meadow House are our amazing volunteers. They do a variety of roles from arts and crafts to fundraising and gardening, amongst other things. We are very grateful to our volunteers for the time they donate to us.

“We are indebted to our

volunteers for the time they donate to us. A truly unique group of people who work so hard for Meadow House.
