The parking solution front office is an android based application designed to enhance productivity by assisting marshals to effortlessly manage parking bays in real-time through the use of intuitive UI and automation of functions as far possible. The parking application is modular and can be configured and customized according to the Client specific requirements. Once solution is installed on portable Handheld Computers (PHC) it will empower the marshals to easily and swiftly take when required. Implementing technical arrangements towards the vital objectives for the government is a key stride towards guaranteeing effectiveness in the collection of street parking fees. According to Pariwat & Hataiseere (2004) for the achievement of effective and efficient retail payment systems in Thailand, the following considerations that shape the choice payment method for consumers and businesses should be taken into account; i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii) viii) ix)
