Issue sale contract & sale order guideline for marketing staff

Normally, marketing PIC had to print out converted exchange rate to issue invoice of rubber in SAP and to submit data in e-service of Rubber Authority of Thailand for rubber permit application around 8 pieces of paper per month. To reduce paper consumption in department, marketing team changed from printing out the document to save the document as PDF file in S:\MARKETING\DEPT instead.
