Reflective Journal My mood has definitely changed after almost 3 months of backto-face classes. Before the start of classes, I was a bit chilled, but now I'm still chilled, but I am more overworked now, especially since it is PETA month and almost midterms. But overall, my mental health is in a stable state. When I have a lot on my plate, like I mentioned earlier, it is PETA month, which makes it difficult for me to function. These past few weeks have been stressful, but I believe that everything that I have worked hard for is going to pay off in the future. There are some resolutions that I've thought of for me to be more healthy mentally. The first is to not think too much. I know I do think too much, especially about deadlines, but I realized that I should not pressure myself too much because when I do so, I don't know how I can continue. Next is self-care. If there is free time, then taking a time-out is no problem because we can rest and proceed again. And talk to someone close to you. If you have a deep problem, there's nothing wrong with discussing it with the person you trust the most, whether it be a friend or parent. Let's just always remember that self-care is as important as taking care of others.
