About Us Pineview Village is a resident-funded, independent-living retirement village consisting of 83 distinctive one and two-bedroom unit options. The Village is centrally located on the corner of Greenhill Road and Conyngham Street, Glenside in the City of Burnside. Set in a 3.34-hectare landscaped site, the Village boasts lush gardens with a relaxed and friendly community. Pineview Village offers both distinctive and extraordinary residences for the discerning, set in beautiful surroundings. Operated by Burnside Retirement Services Inc., the Village is a non-profit organisation, whereby the funds are reinvested into the village community for the benefit of its residents. The village is run by a board with an active residents committee. Residents have a strong relationship with the board and staff and have an influential voice in decisions impacting the Village.

Frequently Asked
Questions Do I have to accept the first unit offered
to me? No. If the unit offered isn't acceptable to you, you will still remain a priority on the Waiting List and offered the next available unit.
Will i get time to sell my house? Yes. We allow 3 months for you to sell your house. The 3 month period starts from the date that your Residence Contract is signed. We do ask that we are able to contact your real estate agent during this time.
Can I move in before settlement? Yes. We may offer "Early Occupancy" to prospective residents once they have an unconditional contract on the sale of their house. The Maintenance Fee is then payable from this date.
Can I bring my pet to Pineview? Yes. Pets are generally allowed, subject to written permission with the provision that they don't cause any nuisance to other residents.
Can I have visitors to stay? Yes. Visitors are welcome to stay with you at any time but if the stay is for a prolonged length of time, management approval may be required.
