GUIDELINES • All employees and their family members (spouse & children of married and siblings of unmarried employees) are entitled to participate in this event. • Talent can be showcased in the fields such as Singing, Dancing, Music, Mimicry or any other such skills. • Employees will share videos showcasing their talent with their UHR. Maximum duration allowed for each video is 2 minutes. • UHR and ULT will jointly evaluate the videos and share the best two performances with their BHR. • BLT evaluates all received videos and selects the best (maximum two) from their Business which is then shared with CHR. • The Central Committee evaluates all received videos from the Businesses and shortlists two best performances. • The selected performers get an opportunity to showcase their talent at the Annual Protsahan Awards at the Headquarters in the month of July. • Entries from earlier participant employees/family members are welcome, unless they have previously won the Pratibha Awards.
