'Que Ningún Niño Se Quede Atrás’, una ley de reforma de educación que pasó el Congreso de los Estados Unidos en 2002, enfoca sus esfuerzos en aumentar el logro académico del estudiante, la calidad del maestro, y la contabilidad en los resultados. El Distrito Escolar Metropolitano de Cleveland apoya fuertemente los objetivos de la ley 'Que Ningún Niño Se Quede Atrás’. The primary goal of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District is to become a premier school district in the United States of America.

El Logro Académico Bajo el Acta 'Que Ningún Niño se Quede Atrás’, la escuela (ESCOLAR) ha sido identificada como una Escuela que Necesita Mejorar. Esta designación indica que la escuela no ha cumplido con los est341ndares establecidos por el estado de Ohio por dos años consecutivos. En el año escolar 2009-2010, la escuela, (ESCOLAR) obtuvo el siguiente grado en los exámenes estatales
