Al gobierno de la Iglesia (Artículo 67 de la Constitución). A la congregación local (Artículo 30, Inciso V de la Constitución). Estando de acuerdo, cada miembro fiel dará su voto y su firma. (Artículo 62, Inciso XVII de la Constitución). Se enviarán las resoluciones locales y la lista de firmas.

Se enviará un informe económico por escrito de ingresos (entradas) y egresos (salidas) de la tesorería local. Este informe será de seis (6) meses. (cada mes por separado). Se enviará un informe de otras cuentas: 1. 2. 3.

Se obtendrá una resolución de parte del Obispo y la Mesa Directiva del distrito, aprobando la solicitud de la iglesia local.

Se enviará al secretario del distrito todo el legajo de la solicitud, el cual se asegurará que todo informe este en órden para procedimiento.

PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING A RESOLUTION FOR PURCHASE, SALE OR LEASING OF REAL PROPERTY I.

Locate appropriate place of purchase or lease, and/or the lending institution to negotiate the loan. Loan/Purchase agreement 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

The Pastor must present in writing the estimated terms of financing to: 1. 2. 3.

The local church government (article 67 of the Constitution). The local congregation (article 30, paragraph V, of the Constitution). Every faithful member who is in agreement must give their vote by signature (article 62, paragraph XVII of the Constitution).

A financial report of income and expense for the previous six (6) months must be provided, each month must be separate. All other resources such as: 1. 2.

You must forward all documents to the District Secretary who will review the information provided before forwarding to the office of the General Secretary of the Apostolic Assembly. All documents must be complete.

Upon review, the General Secretary will present the request for resolution to the General Board for approval

Note: You must allow a minimum of forty-five (45) days stating that all transactions are contingent upon the approval of the General Board of the Apostolic Assembly. Once approved, the corporate resolution will be forwarded along with the loan documents to the lender. Copies of the documents will be forwarded to the District Secretary and local Pastor.

District Resolution approving local resolution 3. Income and Expense Statement by month for the last 12 months. Profit & Loss Statement - for 2012 & 2011 year to date. 4. Brief History of Church and Pastor - SAMPLE Church was founded in 1989 by XXXX XXXXX. The church began with about 20 members and met at 123 Main St in Anytown USA.. The founding pastor, XXXXXX XXXXXX remained as Pastor at 123 Main Street until the year 2000 when he was then asked by the District Bishop Supervisor to open up a new church at 456 1st Steet , Othertown USA. In the year 2000, Joe Doe was an ordained Minister at our sister church at 1234 E Arrow Blvd in Nexttown. He was asked to assume the Pastorate at 234 x Street in the year 2000 by the District Bishop where he continues as of this day. The Church has approximately 150 members as of 2011. Pastor Summary Pastor Joe Doe was initiated into the ministry in as a deacon in 1991. In 1996 he was ordained as a licensed minister of the Apostolic Assembly. In 2000 he became the Pastor of 123 Main street. Pastor Joe Doe is a graduate (Bachelor degree) of the Fuller Seminary and a graduate of the Apostolic Bible Institute of the Apostolic Assembly. Pastor Joe Doe has been married for 24 years and has 3 grown children, ages 21, 19, 17. REFINANCE The church has plans to refinance the property for $100,000.00 Appraisal is expected to exceed $500,000.00 Refinance proceeds will be used to payoff the 1st Trust Deed – Bank of America in the amount of approximately $50,000. Approximately $40,000.00 will be used to remodel the church and the two additional properties which are adjacent and belong to the church. (789 2nd street). Remaining funds ($10,000.00) will be used for contingencies.
