Nandanvan Rock Valley About: Rock Valley Goa is a popular resort located in the scenic village of Panchwadi, in the North Goa district of India. It is spread over 200 acres of lush green property which grown tropical spices, fruits and medicinal plants and other crops of the region. The resort has a swimming pool where guests can relax and unwind. There is also a well-equipped gym and a spa that offers various treatments and massages. Guidelines for adventure activities Before starting with any adventure activities they provide with basic guidelines and how to go on with the activity.

:• They provide with Complete details about Adventure Activity • Permissions ,if any, from relevant government authorities • Leadership requirement (Leaders’ competency & qualification requirement, Leader to Participant ratio as defined in program specific guidelines generated by the organisation) • Equipment required: technical equipment, first aid kit and emergency kit (including communication devices) • Carry out Risk Analysis of Adventure Activity • Communication to potential Participants (giving Activity details, risks involved, etc.) • Completion of registration process of Participants and compliance to Strongly recommended requirement like risk undertaking, etc. as decided by Organisation. • Qualification of staff • Responsibility in managing consequences like risk to life/limb and damage to equipment • Payment terms and conditions.

Zipline -The orientation starts with a safety briefing -They instruct to strictly avoid touching the rod wire. -They provide helmet , protective gloves for safety to avoid injuries as one might catch hold of the rod wire. -They use safety equipments like double-connected harness system. - They let you look at the area to get familiar with your surroundings and make you feel comfortable. This is important especially if you’re afraid of heights or if you’re a beginner at ziplining,

Approvals/Permits Approvals and permits are taken from government to carry out any Adventure sports/activities.

Booking period Bookings must be done in Advance, minimum is 2 days before. They also have other options of online booking via their official website, and other reputed Apps like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip , TripAdvisor etc.

Licence The staff members who are carrying out adventure activities has Adventure certificate from NIWS Goa for Water Sports/Aero sports. Provisions while handling the equipments Provisions while handling the equipment of adventure activities depend on the type of activity. For example, for ziplining wearing protective gloves ,helmet , double harness, Is important Similarly, for Burma loop walk,Rope scale bridge it is important to wear a helmet double check the harness and learn how to remove and clip the harness to next rope and It is also important to follow the instructions of your guide and use equipment that is in good condition.

Insurance terms There is no insurance term before signing for any adventure activities, however a declaration needs to be signed.

Payment procedures. There are several payment procedure 1. Payment by Cash after arrival at reception. 2. Online Transaction (Google pay, Paytm) 3. Advance payment on bookings via Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, etc.

Penalties & fines There are penalties and fines if the instruction are not followed and under influence of Alcohol or drugs are prohibited while carrying out of the adventure activities.
