Shirodhara is classical well-established Ayurvedic Procedure which has several benefits covering healing & balance for all the senses in one’s body. A continuous stream of warm, medicated oil is poured from a special vessel onto your forehead. The oil runs over the temple, scalp and down the hair. Generating restorative and calming sensations.

KIZHI KEY-JHEE
This massage starts with Abhyangam followed by another ayurvedic massage which is performed with the help of relaxing herbal oils. Small herbal boluses (potlis) containing herbs, rice, sand etc. are heated and lightly pounded over the body or specific parts of the body as needed. This helps in stimulating specific points of the body to relieve stiffness, tension and pain
