Concern:

Under certain circumstances the Bake burner may not ignite. Sparking is taking place but flame is not established.

Cause:

Spark not reaching the bake burner tube ignition point. The 2 main concerns are inadequate grounding of the oven burner tube and possible impingement of the Bake/Direct Spark Ignition board wiring harness.

Correction: Order and install a burner service kit # W10700720. The kit will include a new bake burner and new bake and broil wiring harnesses. The bake burner will be mounted differently and the wiring harness will have a different outer sheath. Installation instructions will be included.

conditions the burner support may come off the back of the burner.

Current Production and Field fix –

burner support removed and burner tube being supported by new designed support bracket and screw.

Problème :

Dans certaines circonstances, le brûleur du four ne s’allume pas. Des étincelles se forment, mais la flamme n’apparaît pas.

Cause :

L’étincelle n’atteint pas le point d’allumage du brûleur tubulaire du four. Les 2 pistes principales sont une mise à la terre incorrecte du brûleur tubulaire du four et ses éventuelles conséquences sur le faisceau de câblage de la carte d’allumage direct par étincelle (DSI)/du four.

Correction : Commander et installer une trousse de réparation de brûleur n° W10700720. Elle contient un brûleur de four neuf et des câblages neufs pour four et gril. Le brûleur du four est monté différemment et le câblage possède une autre gaine extérieure. Des instructions d’installation sont fournies.

Queja:

Bajo ciertas circunstancias, el quemador para hornear no siempre se enciende. Hay chispa, pero no se produce llama.

Causa:

La chispa no alcanza el punto de encendido del tubo del quemador para hornear. Los principales 2 problemas son la inadecuada conexión a tierra del tubo del quemador del horno y el posible contacto del arnés de cableado del tablero de Encendido de chispa directa para hornear.

Corrección: Ordene e instale un juego de servicio de quemador # W10700720. El juego incluye un nuevo quemador para hornear y nuevos arneses de cableado para hornear y asar a la parrilla. El quemador para hornear se montará de un modo diferente y el arnés de cableado tendrá una cubierta exterior diferente. Se incluirán las instrucciones de instalación.

Producción anterior: bajo ciertas condiciones, el soporte del quemador podía salirse de la parte posterior del quemador a través del orificio de la pared posterior.

Producción actual y arreglo en campo: se quitó el soporte del

quemador y el tubo del quemador se encuentra sostenido por un soporte de apoyo y tornillo de diseño nuevo.
