OUR AMENITIES AND SERVICES CONCIERGE Our team will be delighted to provide you with information about the island of Mykonos, including restaurants, entertainment, must visit beaches, sports and local attractions. DO NOT DISTURB Kindly hang the Do Not Disturb pouch on the outer door handle of your suite. You may also specify a preferred time for your room to be serviced FLORIST To order flowers, please contact the Reception desk. HAIR DRYERS Hair dryers and hair straighteners are available in each guestroom. HOUSEKEEPING Our housekeeping team will attend to your suite or villa in the morning between 9 am and 4 pm, and provide turndown (evening) service from 6 pm to 10 pm. If you need service outside of these hours or at a particular time during your stay, please reach out to the Reception desk by dialing 300. INTERNET WiFi is available throughout the property in guestrooms and public areas alike. Network and password details to connect are provided upon arrival. IRON AND BOARD An iron and ironing board are provided, and you can request a set through the Reception desk. For safety reasons, please remember to unplug the iron after use. LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING To arrange for dry cleaning or laundry collection, please get in touch with the Reception desk. Kindly allow 24 hours for the delivery of your laundry. Additionally, express pressing services are offered for a small fee. LINEN CHANGE Every effort to promote sustainability counts. At Bill&Coo, we contribute by changing bed linen every other day, unless you prefer daily. Opting out of daily linen changes aids in environmental conservation by reducing detergent and water usage. Your decision regarding towel usage is impactful. If you wish to participate in conservation efforts, kindly hang towels intended for reuse and place those for change on the floor.

Your safety is our top priority, and we urge you to be prepared. Familiarize yourself with the location of staircases, pathways, and exits. IF YOU DISCOVER FIRE OR SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM: Call the Reception desk immediately and provide your location. Grab your room key, leave the room, and shut the door behind you. Alert others nearby. Proceed to the nearest staircase, exit the building, and gather at the assembly point in the car park (unless instructed otherwise). If smoke is present, stay close to the ground. IF YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO EVACUATE YOUR ROOM AND THE DOOR IS NOT HOT: EXIT WITH CAUTION: Test the door. If it's NOT HOT, open it slightly, check both ways, then exit. Take your room key, leave the room, and close the door. Head to the nearest staircase, exit the building, and assemble at the car park (unless instructed otherwise). IF YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO EVACUATE YOUR ROOM AND THE DOOR IS HOT: DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. Contact the Reception desk immediately to relay your location. Stay calm and await further instructions. If exiting is impossible, remain in your room; it's the safest option. At Bill&Coo, we understand the significance of your belongings and advise the following precautions. Please spare a moment to acquaint yourself with the safety and security information provided below. Should you have any further inquiries regarding our protocols, feel free to reach out to the Reception desk. If you observe anything suspicious or concerning during your stay, or require special assistance at any time, please don't hesitate to reach out to management. ADMITTANCE Do not allow repairmen or strangers entry without verifying with management first. Similarly, refrain from admitting individuals making unsolicited deliveries. INFORMATION SHARING Exercise caution when in the company of strangers; avoid disclosing your hotel name, room number, or travel plans.

IN-ROOM SAFES For your convenience, each suite and villa is equipped with a complimentary in-room safe located inside the closet. Please follow the instructions provided in the safe. Avoid leaving valuables in your room or in parked vehicles. Please be aware: The hotel is not liable for any loss of items stored in the room safes. ROOM SECURITY Your room door is secured with a double locking system. Ensure to lock your door from the inside when occupying your room. Before retiring or leaving your room, make sure your door is securely locked and any balcony openings are sealed. ROOM KEY Keep your room key secure, treating it as you would your residence key. In the event of loss or theft, promptly report it to the Reception desk. Upon check-out, return your room key to the Reception desk; avoid leaving it unattended in your room. LUGGAGE SAFETY Never leave your luggage unattended for any reason.
