Remove the exterior and interior packing. Locate the appliance away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the appliance not to perform properly. Plug the appliance into an exclusive properly installed-grounded wall outlet. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Any questions concerning power and/or grounding should be directed toward a certified electrician or an authorized service center. This water dispenser is not recommended for outdoor use. Do not locate the dispenser in area where the temperature may fall below freezing (32º F). (0 ºC) Keep area around dispenser free of dust and dirt. 3

Keep the reserve supply of water bottles away from excessive heat and light. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge， unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety In order to ensure the stability of the water dispenser, users should follow below instructions: 1) Remove one of the body rear’s screw (upper right corner or upper left corner) (Picture 1) 2) Install a bracket where you have removed the screw already, tighten the bracket (Picture 2) 3) Install the bracket on the wall (Picture 3).

 

                    

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before Using Your Water Dispenser The water cooler is pre-cleaned at the factory but the reservoir and water lines must be flushed with fresh water before use as follows: • Keep the unit unplugged. • Fill water tank with tap water full to capacity (about 20 ounces). Wait for 5 minutes until water settles. • Proceed to drain the water from both faucets until no more water remains. • Then, drain any water left in the tanks by opening the water drain caps located on the bottom, until it drains completely. • Proceed to close the drain caps. Also make sure both faucets are closed.

Place the water bottle on the water intake; allow water to stand for approximately one minute. Open water faucets to insure water flows from both faucets. Plug dispenser into the electrical outlet. Turn the cold and hot water switches ON (at the rear). Now you are ready to use your water dispenser.

NOTE: Your water dispenser has been cleaned and sanitized before leaving the factory, but in case a taste problem develops, place two tablespoons of baking soda and add tap water. Fill water tank again and repeat basic operations previously outlined, except turn hot water function “OFF” to avoid leaving residues in hot water tank

ATTENTION: If you do not plan to use the water heating function for more than three days, we recommend that you turn off the hot water function. It will take approximately 1 hour to reach optimum temperature. If you consume one 8 oz. cup, the recovery time is approximately 25 minutes or less. If you consume 2 or more 8 oz. cups, recovery time can take up to 1 hour

OPERATING YOUR WATER DISPENSER Electrical Connection

aWARNINGa IMPROPER USE OF THE GROUNDED PLUG CAN RESULT IN THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, HAVE IT REPLACED BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

              • This appliance should be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord of this appliance is equipped with a three-prong plug which mates with standard three prong wall outlets to minimize the possibility of electrical shock. • Plug the appliance into an exclusive properly installed-grounded wall outlet. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Any questions concerning power and/or grounding should be directed toward a certified electrician or an authorized service center. • This appliance requires a standard 115/120 Volts A.C. ~/ 60Hz electrical outlet with three-prong ground. • The cord should be secured behind the appliance and not left exposed or dangling to prevent accidental injury. • Do not use an adapter plug with this appliance.  5

Do not use an extension cord with this appliance. If the power cord is too short, have a qualified electrician or service technician install an outlet near the appliance. If the electric cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a qualified service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoiding a hazard.

Steps To Replace Water Bottle z z z

Use a clean cloth to wipe off neck of bottle. Remove cap (if one is present). Carefully lift bottle, do not place hands on the opening of the bottle while placing on the water intake opening. Insert the water bottle into the water intake over the reservoir opening so that it settles properly. Wipe off any water which may have splashed on dispenser top.

NOTE: THE HOT WATER FAUCET HAS A CHILD-SAFETY GUARD ATTACHMENT

CARE AND MAINTENANCE • •

Wash the inside of the reservoir with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. The drip tray and water faucets should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEMS

POSSIBLE CAUSES

Water dispenser does not operate.

Not plugged in. The circuit breaker tripped or a blown fuse.

Water is not cold enough.

Check to be sure the COLD switch on the back is ON. Too much water has been drawn within a short period of time. If more than two 8 oz. cups have been drawn within a 25 minute span, you will need to wait up to one hour to reach optimal temperature.

Water is not hot enough.

Check to be sure the HOT switch on the back is ON. Too much water has been drawn within a short period of time. If more than two 8 oz. cups have been drawn within a 25 minute span, you will need to wait up to one hour to reach optimal temperature.

Vibrations.

Check to assure that the water dispenser is level.

Place the water bottle on top of the water cooler. Connect the water cooler to the electricity. Turn the hot and/or cold switch on (located on the back of the unit). All the lights will turn on. This means that the unit is working in getting appropriate cold and/or hot temperature range. When the green or red lights turn off, this means that the water in the hot and/or cold tank is ready to be dispensed. The machine will dispense cold and hot water until the unit has reached its cooling and heating capacity. Once the unit has reached that limit, the green or red lights turn back on, meaning that the hot or cold tank will start to work in getting the temperature ranges once again. Please wait until the machine cools down or heats up more water. The red or green lights will stay on during this process. Once the red or green lights turn off, this means that the cold or hot water tanks' water has reached the appropriate temperature. Now, you can get cold or hot water again.

This water cooler has 2 inner tanks, 1 hot water tank and 1 cold water tank. - Volume capacity of hot water tank: 0.8 Liter / 0.21 Gallon. - Volume capacity of cold water tank: 0.8 Liter / 0.21 Gallon. - This water cooler will heat up 5 Liters/1.32 Gallons of water per hour. - This water cooler will cool down 0.5 Liters/ 0.13 Gallons of water per hour. - Cold water temperature range: - Hot water temperature range:

15-18ºC / 60-65ºF 82-88ºC / 180-190ºF

This means that the cold water tank will dispense 0.5 Liters / 0.13 Gallons of water at the appropriate cold temperature range, and then it will dispense room temperature water. *The end user will have to wait for the water cooler to cool down more water before dispensing again. • Lea todas las instrucciones antes de su usar su dispensador de agua. • Nunca limpie las partes con líquidos inflamables. Los vapores pueden crear peligro de incendio o de explosión. • No guarde o use gasolina o cualquier otro vapor y líquido inflamable en las proximidades de este o cualquier otro dispensador de agua. Los vapores pueden crear peligro de incendio o de explosión. • No enchufe la unidad en el receptáculo hasta asegurarse de que el interruptor del tanque de agua está apagado.

DIRECTRICES DE INSTALACION • Retire el embalaje exterior e interior • Ubique el dispensador de agua lejos de la luz solar directa y de fuentes de calor (cocina, calentador, radiador, etc.).La luz solar directa puede afectar la capa acrílica y las fuentes de calor pueden aumentar el consumo de electricidad. instrucciones relativas al uso de este aparato por una persona responsable de su seguridad. • Para asegurar la estabilidad de la unidad por favor siga los siguientes pasos: 1) Quite uno de los tornillos de la parte trasera de la unidad (esquina superior derecha o esquina superior izquierda). (Picture 1) 2) Instale el bracket en el mismo lugar donde quito el tornillo. Ajuste el bracket. 3) Instale el bracket a la pared para mayor estabilidad.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN Antes de Usar Su Dispensador de Agua • El dispensador de agua es limpiando en la fábrica, pero el depósito y las líneas de agua deben lavarse con agua dulce antes de utilizarse, tal como se indica a continuación: • Mantenga la unidad desenchufada. • Llene el tanque totalmente con agua del grifo (unas 20 onzas). Espere 5 minutos hasta que el agua se asiente. • Proceda a drenar el agua de los grifos hasta que ya no quede más agua. • Luego drene el agua que pueda haber quedado en el tanque abriendo el tapón de drenaje de agua situado en la parte inferior hasta que se vacíe completamente. • Proceda a cerrar la tapa del desagüe. Asegúrese también de que ambos grifos están completamente vacios. • Coloque la botella de agua en la toma de agua, permita que el agua repose durante aproximadamente un minuto • Abra los grifos de agua para asegurar que el agua fluye a través de ambos. 11

Enchufe el dispensador en el tomacorriente. Ponga los interruptores de agua fría y agua caliente en ON (situados en la parte posterior del dispensador. Ahora ya está listo para utilizar su dispensador de agua.

NOTA: Su dispensador de agua ha sido limpiado y desinfectado antes de salir de la fábrica, pero en caso de que se presente un problema con el sabor del agua, coloque dos cucharadas de bicarbonato de sodio y agregue agua del grifo. Llene el tanque de agua de nuevo y repita las operaciones básicas que ya hemos explicado anteriormente, pero no apague la función de agua caliente- no la ponga en “OFF”-, para evitar dejar residuos en el tanque de agua caliente.

ATENCION: Si no piensa utilizar la función de calentamiento de agua por más de dos o tres días, le recomendamos que desactive la función de agua caliente. Tomara aproximadamente una hora para que alcance la temperatura optima. Si Ud. consume una taza de 8 onzas, el tiempo de recuperación será aproximadamente unos 25 minutos o menos. SI consume 2 o más tazas de 8 onzas, el tiempo de recuperación puede tomar hasta una hora.

USO DE SU DISPENSADOR DE AGUA Conexión Eléctrica

Este aparato debe estar apropiadamente conectado a tierra para su seguridad. El cable de energía de este aparato está equipado con un enchufe de tres puntas que se acopla con los tomacorrientes estándar de tres puntas para minimizar la posibilidad de una descarga eléctrica. Conecte el aparato en un tomacorriente bien instalado. Bajo ninguna circunstancia debe cortar o quitar la tercera punta (a tierra) del cable de energía. Cualquier

Pasos A Seguir Para Remplazar La Botella De Agua • • • • •

Use un paño limpio para limpiar el cuello de la botella Retire el tapón ( si hay alguno puesto) Levante cuidadosamente la botella, no ponga las manos sobre la boca de la botella mientras la coloca en la abertura de entrada de agua Inserte la botella en la toma de agua sobre la abertura del depósito de forma tal que se instale correctamente. Limpie el agua que pueda haber salpicado en la parte superior del dispensador.

NOTA: EL GRIFO DE AGUA CALIENTE TIENE ADJUNTO UN DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURIDAD PARA NINOS.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO • Lave el interior del depósito con una solución de agua tibia y bicarbonato de sodio.

La solución debe ser dos (2) cucharadas de bicarbonato de sodio para un cuarto de litro de agua. La bandeja de goteo y los grifos de agua deben limpiarse con detergente suave y agua tibia.
