Isn’t a “plan” and a “strategy” the same thing? No—a plan is 1-dimentional, while a strategy is an active approach to managing a plan. So think of your plan like a map (1-dimensional, never changes) and your strategy like your car’s GPS navigation system, which changes as the landscape, congestion and traffic patterns change. “Strategy” is your best friend when selling a house and you need to have one before taking your first steps. Be sure to use someone that has experience writing strategic plans too, otherwise, your plan is at risk and so are the many pieces associated with your home sale.
